Stopped for lunch while traveling I-75 - what a wonderful surprise. More Chinese than Vietnamese. Server offered choice of green or Jasmine tea and served us a large pot (bags but good ones) for $2.45. H&S soup was very good (spiced more with sriracha than chili oil). Egg rolls were Thai style and pretty good. Asian Mongolian Chicken (spicier than non-Asian) was mostly spiced with black pepper and had good veggies. Spicy mixed veggies with shrimp brought 6 shrimp and a good selection of veggies spiced with dried szechuan pepper flakes. Most lunch specials are $6.95. Everything was fresh and tasty. read more

Saigon is in Vietnam, not Thailand or China Saigon Kitchen provides an adequate meal. The menu is primarily Chinese and Thai with just a few Vietnamese items thrown in to justify the name. The servers were OK, but really knew nothing about the menu. The food is fine, but completely unmemorable. If you just need to get fed, then this place will do the trick and for a reasonable price. But if I am in Tifton again, I'll try somewhere else. read more

Did not like the food. Eggrolls were not Vietnamese. It was all cabbage. It seems like they already cooked the meat before hand & let it sit there until an order comes in & they just hurry up & stir fry the veggies together & toss the meat in for a little bit & serve. Ok, the service is slow but the staff is very sweet and the food is great! I especially enjoy the rice noodle soup and soft spring rolls. My family and I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and quality of the dishes. I definitely recommend Saigon Kitchen , the food is worth the wait! read more

Favorite place to eat in Tifton! Hot and sour soup and orange chicken is my favorite for when you're not feeling adventurous but need something yummy. Also the lunch values are amazing! Lunch plate + egg roll + bowl of soup for like $8. If there are any bad reviews it's probably from when the previous owners were in charge, this place is great. read more

Just did a call in, Placed my order and was ready to give my CC # and she put me on hold for over 3 minutes and still on hold, not the first time give my CC and told me 15 to 20 minutes get there and had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. You front staff needs to be more customer oriented. read more

We tried Saigon Kitchen based on recommendations, but were sorely disappointed. We were one of only three tables there at the time and it was a forty minute wait for food that was lukewarm at best. The flavor was OK, but nothing any different than what you get at any run-of-the-mill Oriental restaurant. This was our first, and probably last, time there. read more

I spent $35 on delivery, and they brought me the wrong food and drink. They completely forgot the rice and the spring rolls had rotten bean sprouts in them. As always, the service was horrible. Things like this are repeated occurrences and I'm finally fed up enough to leave a review. They don't deserve to be in business. In fact, I'm beginning to think that this may be a front for money laundering. Never eating here again. read more

I had the Beef Pho while traveling from Tampa to Macon Georgia. I was excited to try Pho at Saigon Kitchen, because in Tampa we have a place called Saigon Deli with THE BEST PHO! 10/10. The flavor of the pho was ok. I have had worse, but this wasn't terrible. What was terrible was the food poisoning I had two hours later. It was awful. That was the only food besides some watermelon I had had that morning, so I'm certain I recieved food poisioning from this resturant. Im disappointed because it ruined my vacation and I still haven't recovered fully (3 days later). Service was alright and decor was nice, but the food came out very slow. read more

What pleasant surprise in a town where Mexican, BBQ, franchises, and breakfast places abound. Not a pretty place but inside it's pleasant. Ordered pick up when stopping overnight. This is the only half way decent Asian restaurant we have found in Tifton. There are a few dishes that are always a decent solid choice such as the BUN bowls & the Thai curry (the vegetables always seem fresh, the green being my favorite). However we have had multiple issues each time we have ordered. We are always told delivery will be 45 minutes or less & it has always taken 2 hours or more (except one occasion where I had a complaint previously about half my order being missing & it taking over 2 hours for delivery. The next time I ordered they were kind & gave 25%off & made sure it was on time). This last time I ordered the dragon & phoenix (its traditionally half spicy shrimp & half generals tso chicken ) what I got was bland chicken & shrimp in a white chicken broth sauce with fried rice (void of anything usually in fried rice such as vegetables) accompanied by some HAIR. We also tried the walnut shrimp which was a pile of battered sticky mush & I ordered the shrimp BUN which is always good but missing the extra shrimp I ordered since they are always skimpy with the shrimp & only give you 4-5 pieces. On top of it just placing my order took about 13-15 minutes (over half the time I was on hold). When I called to voice my concern over the order & it taking about 2 hours to be delivered I spoke to 2 employees who just argued with me about what was incorrect with my order. Also, they argued with me about the timing on my order. It is not my fault if they put the order in 15-30 minutes after I called( I called at 3:01 was on the phone 13 minutes & they had said I placed the order at 3:45). I asked to speak to the manager & was placed on hold & then told he was out. The girl continued to disagree with me & I asked to leave my name & number to have the manager call back. I have yet to hear back. Normally I would just "let it go" but the customer service has become even worse, the food is always incorrect or missing, & the delivery is always 2 or more hours no matter what time of the day you order. This is very disappointing since we have ordered from here frequently & not even being a frequent customer is recognized. read more

Eat here at least twice a month. Food is excellent and service is great. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We eat here while in Tifton with a bicycle tandem tour group. This was our first time in the town and here. The food was excellent, service good. Although from the outside the appearance is not great, inside the place was clean and well maintained. All of the dishes were fresh and well prepared. I really like this restaurant. Everything we have had here was good. There is a lot on the menu, so we havent had everything. The shrimp pad thai was great. Also, we have had chicken lo mein, cashew chicken, saigon egg rolls and some kind of soup with noodles. Everything was served piping hot and tasted excellent The service was excellent as well . The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. The staff are very friendly and were eager to serve us and make everything just like we asked. I gave 4 stars because we have only been in a few times. Will update again in future. Please try this place. It is much better than previous owners at this location. read more
