He did warn me that it could be a little wait due to high volume of clients. I ended up going with a muffler delete and replaced my suspension with coil overs. Yen took care of the muffler delete and Lee and two other very helpful gentlemen took care of my coil overs. I have to say I am very satisfied with the quality of work for the value. They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

Did a full diagnostic to figure out the issue, reinstalled Windows, updated everything, and even cleaned my device while I was there -- that was a nice plus I didn't expect. I also asked about missing bolts for my PC case and they actually took the time to look for some at the store for me. Most places wouldn't bother. Pricing was fair: paid a diagnostic fee to find the problem, then $130 to fix everything. Other shops quoted me way higher just to look at it. No upselling, just honest work. Edwin for the WIN!!!…read more Big O tires wanted to charge me an arm an a leg to get a thermostat replaced in my car; shoot, I even offered to hold the light for the mechanic for a small discount - but "safety" (I understand). I couldn't ignore the fix as my car failed a smog check due to this, so I contacted Edwin. My guy was quick, to the point- and was low key real with his charges. Because he's mobile, having him drive to me was the biggest help! The day was set, the stakes were high, the time was pressed, and Edwin came in clutch. How? My guy drove up to the lot, assessed the car, got to it- and in less than an hour, my car was ready. Sccchhhwwinng! (It was hotter than a donkeys butt in a pepper farm that day, so please park in shaded area for him )- I offered him water, relax.
