We needed a Website for our courier company. We just started the business and had some ideas but did not know how to develop a website. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a website designer. This is NOT a company you want in charge of any part of your business, let alone your website. Our website constantly crashes, our editor we pay $20 a month to them for is out of date and has so many bugs, it's basically unusable. We have tried having developers look at the back end of our site that Simple Nerds created and even they as professionals say we will now have to rebuild our site because it is unusable/unmaintainable as it is. We were misled from the beginning and are extremely unsatisfied customers. This company is not for you. It's cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for which is horrible customer service and sub par website design skills at best. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I contacted this company on May 25, 2016, and I received a voicemail from a female employee that was so rude and insulting that I actually decided to deactivate my voicemail inbox completely. I had sent a message to the company because I was interested in 2 things: 1. Collaborating on work. 2. Work referrals (that I could pass on to them, and that they could pass on to me). I am an individual who has been working in coding for 9+ years. (I will not post the name of my company here because I want people to know that I am not trying to get business from this review.) What I want to do is raise awareness about the extremely disrespectful woman who left a voice mail on my phone. I am still in complete shock at the lengthy message that she left on my phone filled with insults and degrading comments. It was one of the strangest and most bizarre experiences I have ever had in my professional life. It was so off-putting that I actually deactivated my voicemail inbox, so now anyone who contacts me can do so in written form (either by text or email or mail) for documentation. My only regret is that I did not complete a sound recording of her voicemail, save the file, and then upload it to one of my own servers, or to youtube, or to soundcloud. I can guarantee that she would have been fired immediately. I will never refer any of my customers to your company when I am too busy to take on extra work. And I certainly will never be interested in collaborating with anyone associated with your company. I am very good at what I do. I am so good that I often receive more work that I have time for. As a result, sometimes I send potential customers to other companies after I get to know those companies a bit. Part of the customer service guarantee that I offer includes that if I can not complete a job that a customer desires during a certain time frame, or if I can not complete a job because it is honestly beyond my current scope of expertise, I provide them with a list of anywhere from 3 to 100 companies that I recommend to them, based on what they are seeking. The person who left the voicemail on my inbox should be fired. And if she is someone who does the firing and hiring at your company, I feel very sorry for your employees. read more
