It was my first time going to this place, and the service was really good!! They were professional and worked really fast.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ANDREW . We bought a 2014 Toyota Camry He told us several times it had never been in a accident after a couple days it started leaking transmission fluid so we took it to the dealer to have it checked out . The vehicle had been in a major accident 10,000.00 in damages under the car. Andrew so far has refuses to make it right. Andrew seems trustworthy, but it's a scam. I'm not going to give up on getting my money back. And car fax only knows if you have been in a accident if it's reported. Read Andrews response! That will show you never go here! Hahaha what a joke. read more

Excellent service in very short time. We got in and finished the registration renewal process in few minutes. Highly recommended.

SCAM! This place should be shut down! They will rip you off with no shame! They sell cars that have been put back together after bad accidents. The car fax will be clean because the accidents were not reported. read more

I recently got a new car and obviously I had to register it in my name. I really did not want to go to the DMV and wait in line so I came here to see Andrew Le. He was great in answering my questions over the phone and letting me know exactly what I needed to bring. I am very please with how fast and efficient he was with the paperwork. Definately saved me a lot of time! I would highly recommend going here for all auto registration or insurance needs! read more

So apparently they are all cowards here and will threaten me with texts but will not answer my calls. They have eventually blocked me and left me hanging without a solution. I have never dealt with such two faced people in my life. They will smile and tell you everything is great then once they have the money in their hand and count it, they ask for more that was not disclosed previously and call it fees. I said ok because everything has fees and asked for a itemized receipt again and they got very defensive and started being hateful. I would assume only people who have something to hide do that. I will make it my mission to make sure the door are blown wide open and scammers like this dont take advantage of other people again. I dont mind paying for fees and taxes as long as everything is disclosed and properly recorded. He wrote me a guarantee on a piece of scratch paper. I will not stop updating my posts until I receive a simple apology for the uncalled for name calling and racism. Not cool! read more

I have been a client since 2011 and service has been top notch. Andrew and his wife are quick to respond and get my paperwork done. I really never have to do anything! It totally beats going to the DMV. Thanks so much. :) read more

I have tried to text and call Andrew about the issues with the car he and Autohaus sold us. Don't be fooled they are in this scam together. I have called and messaged him, they will not contact me. The car he and Autohaus is a disaster for my family and I. I am older and have numerous physical issues and have been taken advantage of. I am not a competitor. I am a woman who's family was severely taken advantage of. If he was on up and up he would be professional and return my calls and acknowledge my texts. Do not by from Andrew or Autohaus !!!please read more

Worst service here.... Saving time yes but they do have a service fee which I was okay with along with debit card transaction fee I wasn't aware of!!! I called and they said it was $25 for there service fee and once here they are charging me $30.00 not 25.00 plus a fee for a debit card transaction of 3%. After constant back and forth and the lady getting loud with me!!! they did honor the $25 I was told and charged me 2% for the transaction fee. And that is the crappy service I just paid for. read more
