I had Jenny to dye my hair, she was nice but quiet and a little bit rough with my hair and would constantly disappear well dying my hair. I asked for a full head of highlights and they matched my hair colour, ok i guess. The nightlights have a light caramel colour that isn't the noticable with my dark brown hair. But overall the service was good, but a little bit pricey $180 for some highlights and a 3-inch trim. Not sure if I'll come back, very expensive!
