However, we were a little disappointed that they didn't have a few menu items that we see back home or at other Indian restaurants like onion bhaji, pakora, biryani and tandoori chicken. The only complaint we had was the service wasn't that great. Our order was taken a few minutes after viewing the menu and the staff was very friendly but after we finished our appetizers, we felt neglected as other tables were served their food and we were waiting 25-30 minutes to get served our main dish. We had to let the server know that we were done our appetizers and ready for the main dish. I'm not sure if this is normal in Montreal or at Indian restaurants in Montreal? Nous avions passé une commande à l'avance pour un repas familial prévu ce dimanche, entre 17 h et 17 h 30. À notre grande surprise, la commande a été annulée 15 minutes avant l'heure prévue -- sans aucun message, sans appel, sans explication. Cette annulation soudaine a perturbé notre organisation familiale. Un tel manque de communication est inacceptable. Si un restaurant n'est pas en mesure d'honorer ses engagements ou d'utiliser adéquatement une plateforme de commande, il serait préférable qu'il se retire de ce type de service. Cela éviterait de nuire aux clients qui, de leur côté, planifient à l'avance et s'attendent à un minimum de respect et de fiabilité.
