I requested thru my home warranty a plumber to repair a leak in the ice maker supply line. They in turn, notified a Restoration company to assess the damage. The restoration company sent people out to assess the damage. Jesse. who works for Sage Plumbing arrived same day and made quick work of the plumbing repair. He was professional, on time, and personable. I recommend Sage Plumbing for these reasons. Same day service on a Friday is hard to come by. I am grateful for all they have done...and all was done right. read more

They are scammers. They were hired thru American home shield warranty company..they charged 800 dollars for modification that wasn't even done. Had inspector come out and wasn't done properly..no modification was done. They charged me twice as well..20 percent down and then another 800. Will be contacting better business bureau along with warranty company. Never seen anything like this. On top of this they send out a complete trainee. Can't believe businesses like this exist. Also front lady Lexi will be of no help. No customer service at all. read more

I contacted my home warranty company due to a water supply line leak under the slab and pool/patio concreate. The water line that is leaking is from my slab to my pool equipment. Late last week (18 Apr 2025) a technician from Sage plumbing came out to my house to investigate my water leak problem. The plumber said that he needed to take pictures of my water leak problem and have his manager review the leaking issue and then the Sage Plumbing was to send the information to my home warranty company for their review and approval. A few days later my home warrant company contact me and told me they would not accept the claim. I can accept that result. What I can not accept is the fact that I had to pay a deductible of $75 to the plumber who came out to my home. I thought that since the warranty company would not accept my claim, I could get my $75 deductible reimbursed. So, I called Sage Plumbing and requested a refund of the $75 I had previously paid. I talked to 2 different people; who appeared not to have any compassion and laughed at me for making such a request to be reimbursed. Now I understand that everyone has their trials and tribulations in life, and I am not different than anyone else. I just wanted to explain to all those families out there that need plumbing service to beware of Sage Plumbing. I am a Disabled Veteran, that recently lost my job due to the new US President's cost cutting programs. When Mr. Trump was elected, he cancelled the defense programs that I was managing. I have been out of work for 2 months now. I also have another family issue that we have been dealing with for the past year. My youngest son was diagnosed with Leukemia B Cell. Needless to say, being unemployed and have a son that needs constant cancer treatment is very taxing on my families' mental health and well-being. I have been living off my 401K savings for the past 2 months. This money is being allocated to support my family, my home mortgage and my son's medical bills. I am sure there are other families that could be in my same boat. All I was asking for from Sage Plumbing was for them to reimburse me the $75 deductible I had to pay. What really gets me upset and not wanting to believe in my fellow man is; I paid $75 for someone to come to my home and take 3 pictures of the water leak evidence and some water damage. That $75 I had paid thinking that my water leak would be repaired, when in fact will not be repaired. But Sage Plumbing felt it in their best interest that they keep my $75 that could of paid for a week's worth of food for my family. I would caution anyone who needs a plumber to consider my review and perhaps look for a more reputable plumbing company that is honest and fair and cares about others. In my opinion and experience with Sage Plumbing; I give them 2 thumbs down. read more

Sage Plumbing was sent out to us via home warranty and I am very grateful for them! Theo was an awesome plumber; he's very knowledgeable and very friendly and respectful. He found the problem and worked to fix it in a timely manner, making sure to be thorough and going above and beyond to get the job done. I was very worried about the leak we had and the damage it could have caused, but Theo was patient with my concerns and made sure to put my mind at ease. I'm very happy that our home warranty chose Sage Plumbing for us and I will be choosing them in the future for all of my plumbing needs! read more

We used Sage through AHS Warranty and they were awesome! Fast response to set up appt and quick completing the job. Highly recommend.

Got screwed with this plumbing company. They were sent by Choice Warranty (another ripoff) who sent them out to my house to take a look at my water softener. They stated that water softeners only last 5 years and they were going to request a replacement thru the warranty company. A week goes by and I called Choice to only be told that they refused to replace the water softener due to lack of maintenance that was told to them by the plumber. Which the crooked plumber NEVER stated when he pocketed my $75. I even filed an appeal with Choice and still got nowhere. Now, I'm out of $75 and my water softener is still not working when it only needed a resin; I've maintained this water softener since day One. DO NOT use this company nor Choice Warranty. They cannot be trusted!!!! read more

We wer referred to Sage through our home warranty plan and they were fantastic. Quick to respond, fixed the problems, and didn't give my wife the creeps, as some technicians do at times. Jake was awesome - great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working. I would definitely recommend them. After having such negative experiences with other technicians with other companies over the last few weeks, it was refreshing to have someone actually show up when they said they would, fix the problem, and such great "bedside manner". Nikki at the main office was also really friendly and accommodating. read more

We had an issue with hot water, so we called our home warranty company who sent us to Sage Plumbing. I was called almost immediately from a lovely lady at Sage. Her name was Nikki. She arranged for an appointment within two days that was convenient for us. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Nikki also called to confirm the appointment. Mike came out to evaluate our issue. He was pleasant, knowledgable and thorough. He explained our options. We decided to try a conservative approach and try something he suggested. It didn't work, so I called Nikki back and she was so helpful. She called who she needed to at the home warranty and called back saying that we were getting a new hot water heater. I had contacted Nikki several different times with questions we had.Within days, Nikki had obtained our hot water heater and arranged for installation. From start to finish this took only A WEEK !! Mike was here yesterday to install our new hot water heater and remove the old one including all of the parts. By himself he completed this task within an extremely short period of time. He was quick, thorough and extremely neat, picking up, wiping up after himself. Everything was so perfect when he left, you would never have known any work was done. We now have plenty of hot water for our showers. All this thanks to Nikki and Mike. If ever I need any plumbing work, I will definitely call Nikki at Sage Plumbing and be sure to ask for Mike. read more

Had to replace both water heater and softener. The tech, Gary, came out to both assess and work the replacement later in the week. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, talked through all the options, and allowed me to make an informed decision. Gary came out and got the job done in a clean, organized way. When another tech came out to assist him, he made sure to introduce me to him. Every step of the process was explained to me, and it was a darn near perfect experience. These guys are complete LIARS. Do NOT trust them at all. They were contracted through my home warranty company. The plumber showed up, reeking of cigarettes, hat backwards acting like he'd been on an all night bender. He was rude and completely disrespectful. He fixed 1 thing that was turned in and left claiming he had to get authorization for the remaining plumbing issues (which had already been authorized by my warranty company) Then when I called my warranty company to check back in he had turned in that he fixed 2 of the issues, (which was a lie), he only repaired one. Long story short I told them I didn't want this disrespectful dirty man at my home again and next thing I know they diagnosed one of the remaining issues in as something the warranty company doesn't cover.... Hmmmmmm completely shady. He must be 1 of the 3 brothers owning this company or something. Don't trust them, do business anywhere else and if your home warranty company sends them as the service provider request someone else. These people are liars and steal... 100% WATCH out!!!! read more

From NYC originally but have been living in the East Valley full time for almost 17years. Tried many Plumbing companies in those years but Sage is hands downs down the best. Not a large company where you are told they will get back to you but service was quick and the job was well done. Mike M. came to the house to replace a leaking garbage disposal and pointed out the choices we had in a replacement. He was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. He was personable, friendly and explained what we needed to do to keep it working efficiently. He took time to answer questions and really seemed to enjoy and take pride in what he was doing. I would contact this company again without hesitation for my plumbing needs and hope Mike would be the technician they sent. You can't go wrong with this company.!! read more

I used Sage Plumbing to replace a kitchen sink and replace the valves under the sink that were leaking. They showed up on time, and they got the work done really quickly. Very nice and polite. They were very fairly priced, and they were able to offer some advice for maintenance for the older plumbing. No high-pressure sales tactics, just good advice, and that are nice. They are a good and honest family-owned company. read more

We just bought a home and was gifted a home warranty. We were having issues with inadequate hot water. Theo came to our home and checked out the water heater. He found it to be working properly. While checking out the temperature of the shower water flow, Theo noticed one of the bathroom faucet handles to be 'broken'. He quickly re-installed the 'hot' handle and checked it to be working properly. I explained that our 'home warranty' instructed us to only do 'one thing at a time'. He said, I am here. I can fix it. Also, I have never had or used a water softener. While here, he explained the mechanics of a water softener and the level of salt to put in the container. Then while looking at another shower in the house, he noticed the controls were 'backward'. "Hot" was getting cold water, and "Cold" was getting hot water. After explaining the ramifications to 'fix' that situation, would mean he would have to go into the wall of the shower. I told him that since I now knew that the handle pointing to the right was "Hot", then I will just change how I adjust the control knob. In closing...we called up our Home Warranty provider. They sent out Sage Plumbing/Theo. Theo found that the water heater was working as it should. Fixed a 'broken' bathroom faucet handle. Found a backwards installed shower control. And explained the proper way a water softener should have the salt tablets loaded in. I am VERY pleased with Sage Plumbing...AND Theo. read more
