DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! The branch manager Lee…read moreWarbinton is a LIER. The practice may seem professional and legit but in reality they are procrastinators. When I applied for a mortgage loan with them, Lee told me I could be approved for a 145k loan as long as I paid off my car which was a little over 2k. I used all of my savings to get that taken care of and when I let Lee know, she said I was good to go AND she sent me an approval letter. A month went by and I found my dream home and the contract was signed. I paid to have an inspector come by. I sent my earnest check. WHAT DOES SHE DO? She tells me I can't get approved because COVID is tightening their protocols? -mind you I applied during the big Quarentine. She asked for my bank statements, w2s, and paystubs AFTER she gave me an approval letter and is now telling me I need a co-signer...? Why couldN't she tell me this before I spent all this money??? If I could give Lee a 0 star rating I would. I will say it again, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

It was easy to apply for a pre-qualification online and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast, friendly, and helpful Lee was throughout the process. She even helped find us our dream home by keeping an eye on the market. We had such a fast paced journey. With the help of Lee, we found our new home and submitted an offer on 5/21 with 30 days closing. Offer accepted on 5/22 by the seller. Real estate transactions like this is all about having the best team. Our local lender Lee at Waterstone is best! I don't think it would have gone smoothly if we didn't have a dream team like we did...I encourage everyone to take advantage of this real estate market and utilize the best local lender Waterstone Mortgage. Lee had gone above and beyond our expectations.

I called them in mid January to let them know our business of 35 years was closing its doors. I was assured that the policy was put up for non renewal. In April, I woke up to a large debit from my account for payment on this insurance. I called Germer and he said he would take care of it and call me back that same day. I stopped pmt on the debit as the business was no longer there. Today I get a call from a collection agency demanding the funds saying we were charged for the first month.
