Absolutely the slowest drive through ever. Never come to this branch again. RBFCU is a good FCU. They need to fix this branch.

Horrible, slow, incompetent. Drive thru is worse. Maybe they should hire more tellers or speed up the ones they have

GTFC used to be AMAZING!!!!!! It used to be a REAL credit union that cared about its customers…read more Over the past 4 years everything has changed! The level of customer support is trash! The ability to resolve fraud inquiries is impossible! The bank located near to me used to have the drive through stay open until 6 so people could actually use the bank after work! Today my husband tried to use his card to purchase some tires. It flagged his card, which is fine! I would rather the bank double check a big purchase than have fraud happen. The issue is after we talked to fraud services they said our card was available and would be okay to use after 3-5 minutes. We waited 10 minutes and it still declined the purchase. We called fraud services BACK and the agent was ZERO HELP! We got "your card is no longer blocked you have to wait a few minutes before you use your card" my husband tried to use the card again DECLINED! I do not understand how you can keep us from accessing our money! This bank needs new management! A credit union is supposed to be better than any big bank, but now you are worse than a big bank! We're tired of this! Do better! STOP OUTSOURCING YOUR FRAUD SERVICES!!! An outsourced company isn't going to treat YOUR customers as well as the employees who actually work for your credit union! The only saving grace an amazing lady named Ruby who took the time and had enough patience to help us resolve the issue!!! She actually works here. She isn't an outsourced employee who doesn't care! Ruby was AMAZING. HIRE MORE RUBYS!!!!!
