I hung up and called the main line and again was on hold for over 10 minutes. No one ever picked up finally gave up. Customer Service with RBFCU seems to be greatly lacking. I recently tried to get some papers notarized for my son and was told after waiting 10 minutes in line that since he did not have an account only I did that they could not notarize his paperwork. Anyway, I will be looking for another bank in the near future.
