Long story short, she said i owed because my employer failed to do something in their end. So basically i owed taxes because if my employer and to take it up with them. Upon reaching back out to me to "resolve" my issue, it was structured in a way where they held my refund hostage, and as a matter of fact, it's not even the full amount I was "offered" $460 refund so long as I take my review down. Now that had pissed me WAY off more than me missing out on my full amount, because now I understand I was led to believe that these are all genuine reviews, which in my eyes looks like VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE and I can only imagine the less fortunate who come to this firm just to get screwed over on their last dollars (I am blessed to for this to not be the end of my world). Let alone they would not just refund because I requested a charge back to my card that I used to pay and well my credit card company is no help to get the funds back for failed service. This year 2026 was nightmare, I asked these folks to help me do my taxes, charging ~$600 which extremely overpriced considering this office uses Intuit which means at this point their process should be automated... they aren't truly trying to crunch numbers. With that being said, its even more ridiculous that I did not have a completed version of my taxes 100 days after I paid... and this is after days of me pulling their teeth in order to get information on where my tax filings were? Finally I decided to go to a very local tax office in Cedar Park and they resolved my issues within 5 days! So that makes emergency question: what in the actual hell is going on in this office if this is all automated, and another office of just 2 people were able to figure things out within 5 days, in which it took this office 100 days. Oh by the way, I tried to request refund for failure of $600 back, it got declined, so I can kiss $600 good- bye and pay late filing fees. I would keep writing more reviews if it were possible so other people who are not as fortunate, to have to go through all of this frustration and lose a lot of money over company who can't get their job done correctly and on time. Side note: I can totally see AI getting rid of this company for their incompetence and failure of being able to provide service.

We worked with this firm for two years, and it proved to be a major setback for our operations. Despite being assigned a "QuickBooks expert," the firm failed to manage our Housecall Pro integration correctly--continually insisting we simply unlink it. As the business owner, I was eventually able to coordinate with the software providers myself and fix the integration settings within just two weeks. Because our books were not being reconciled monthly as promised, we were advised to file 2024 taxes that were admittedly inaccurate to avoid "correction costs." This resulted in us overpaying on our tax liability based on flawed data. After I hired an independent bookkeeper in late 2025, they uncovered over 700 uncategorized transactions dating back nearly a year. Most damagingly, the firm underpaid our Q3 and Q4 Texas state sales tax. I am now personally responsible for the resulting fines and penalties. Despite these documented failures, the firm still charged $1,000 for "work performed" during the period these errors occurred. When I reached out to the owner to dispute this, they refused to take any responsibility for the penalties their mistakes caused. If you value accurate bookkeeping and a firm that stands by their professional work, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

She made that extremely clear by answering EVERY question with "I'm not a tax person so I'm not qualified to answer that". So in theory yes You were responsive but accomplished absolutely nothing. The phone call that I personally had with you, I had to ask you at least 10 times to quit interrupting as you tried picking apart every sentence I said. Instead of listening to the whole experience you were asking about, which would help you better understand that situation in entirety. But yall are a spam tax shop and nothing more from mmy experience. I got absolutely no tax advise. No tax strategy talk. I paid yall in full what you asked got months ago.
