Rbfcu has extremely unethical practices when it comes to insufficient funds and overdraft charges…read more PayPal erroneously ran the wrong card through on my account multiple times and when I went to speak with the branch manager about it they said there was nothing they can do and it resulted in $200 in charges which should've never happened in the first place. They do not care about individual case experiences. They basically speak from a script and anything that happens outside of the script it doesn't matter. I I immediately covered the erroneous charges and even showed them on the account and on PayPal exactly what happened and why and they agreed and could see exactly what the situation was but they did not care and said there was nothing they could do. I called at profiteering. I immediately closed my eight accounts and walked out with all of my money. I've never had a problem with the bank but I will never walk into another RBFCU again. It's not OK to treat people like cattle. Zero Stars RBFCU. I went to Frost Bank who basically rolled out the red carpet, they could not believe the inhumane experience and said thatthat that type of one size fits all policy would never happen in their banks. I asked my company when the check cleared, it cleared in 4 days. I still did not get the funds until 12 days. I'm probably going to switch to Bank of America. My daughter started an account there and walked out with a working debit card and instant money from one of my checks. All I got at Wells Fargo was a forty minute registration set up time and a printout showing my account number. It was 12 days until I had more than a partial deposit and it was 10 days until I got an ATM card! I recommend B of A
