However, that's not enough of a reason for me to switch banks. Thanks for all you do!

They do not care about individual case experiences. They basically speak from a script and anything that happens outside of the script it doesn't matter. I I immediately covered the erroneous charges and even showed them on the account and on PayPal exactly what happened and why and they agreed and could see exactly what the situation was but they did not care and said there was nothing they could do. I called at profiteering. I immediately closed my eight accounts and walked out with all of my money. I've never had a problem with the bank but I will never walk into another RBFCU again. It's not OK to treat people like cattle. Zero Stars RBFCU. I went to Frost Bank who basically rolled out the red carpet, they could not believe the inhumane experience and said thatthat that type of one size fits all policy would never happen in their banks. I hope no one who reads this ever thanks that Rbfcu and if you have money in there please get it out ASAP. THEY SUCK!!
