    What can I say? If you can be a member, you won't go wrong. Great customer service. They really do treat you as a valued member.

I talked to two or three managers and district managers, and they all seen that they wanted to cover this incident up Well this it happened numerous times well then finally I went into the bank one day and I don't like going there I will go drive 10 miles more not to go into this branch because I've had nothing but problems now the last time I went in there it does say operating hours so when a bank opens up, shouldn't you be ready to do business Well I went up to the front counter because I was having a yard sale and I needed some change while the person that was assisting me was lost. She did not know what was going on then she tells me when I get to the front. Oh, I don't have any money. I gotta get that. No come on the banks been open for five minutes and you're not ready for business then she try to pass me onto another person because she didn't know what she was doing. All I needed was to get one dollar bills five dollar bill bills some quarters and some dimes and pennies for a yard sale. This person just couldn't do it lost in our own. I don't know what was going on, but she just couldn't do her job. I had to repeat and write down three times what I wanted and she still messed that up what should've took no more than two or three minutes per long to 12 minutes Now I don't wanna close my account because that's a hassle, but I do not go into this branch of Bank of America anymore while in there, I was listening to I think a manager there was three or four people waiting in line one elderly gentlemen, had to make a deposit. This person was trying to convince this old man with a walker to go out to the ATM and deposit the money there he said I'm not too familiar with these machines. I prefer the cashier then the manager did the same thing again telling him to go out to the ATM? This is why I do not like going into this branch of Bank of America like I said I will drive 10 miles more 15 miles more to go into another branch then walk in into this place, there's always problems there's always issues And you can never get questions answered so now I am very seriously thinking it's time to change my bank and go to a bank where they treat people with respect and treat you as a person not as a number or go to the ATM if you depend on the ATM so much why don't you just close this branch down because it seems like the ATM is doing more work than the people inside sorry dissatisfied customer I'm giving you one star that's just to push it through and actuality it's minus stars

    I have mixed feelings about this bank. What with all the negative press in recent years (I didn't…read morelook too much into that, personally) but I did hear a good deal about it. I was a Wells Fargo member for over a decade. I say was because I recently closed my checking account here. I've been going through some hard times and needed to open a new account for numerous financial and sanity reasons, but Wells Fargo tried their hardest to keep me from closing my account. It took 2-3 trips into a branch, on top of calling customer service, and then the 1 800 number to finally get it done. Granted, my account was in the negative at the time I was trying to close it, but you figure over a decade of loyalty ought to count for something too. I don't know, I just feel like there are better options out there. I recently switched to an online bank where I get paid two days earlier, and also USAA, which so far has been pretty great.

You get charged overdraft fees CONSTANTLY because of their rigged system…read more They pick and choice when to withdraw a transaction, sometimes it is immediately, sometimes 2 days, I've even had a transaction withdrawn over a WEEK later. So your balance can say a certain amount, and then as soon as they know that they can hit you with an overdraft fee, they'll draw out your previous transactions. I have had to tiptoe around this banking system, and not rely on the mobile banking app to tell me my true balance. I was doing good for a while tracking my own spending instead of relying on their system. But the last straw happened just recently. I knew that I had a large payment coming up, so the day before I transferred enough money so that I wouldn't go negative from one account to the one that the transaction would come out of. Mind you, transfers have ALWAYS been instant. But of course this time, they mark my transfer as pending, yet pull the large transaction right away. Of course this causes my account to go negative and bam hit with an instant $35 over draft fee. I am sick of this company, I will be closing my accounts and moving banks. But of course they make that difficult as well, as I have called 4 times today with no answer and coming into the bank, there is no one available to help me until tomorrow. With this being my only day off, it is very frustrating. I asked if I could close accounts online and was told no. I am sick of Wells Fargo, and should have paid more attention to the bad press, negative reviews and previous lawsuits against them before choosing to bank with them.
