It took them all but 5 minutes only for her to say I owe 1500. Did not even ask if i had any dependents, I have 2, or any medical expenses, which i also do. Long story short, she said i owed because my employer failed to do something in their end. So basically i owed taxes because if my employer and to take it up with them. Yes they will give you 50 bucks cash if you give them a minimum of 160.00 I was there 2 weeks ago did my taxes was supposed to have it direct deposited in 8 to 10 days well NO I get a call at work at 8 o'clock last night the lady who did mine forgot a signature so it has been put " on hold" so this AM i go back and it is 45 mins to wait before signing one piece of paper. So i will start my IRS wait all over again. No continuity in personal customer care. Don't do it! I was lingered in by the myth of a free 50 bucks I will be going back to my old provider next year.
