The claims staff at Allstate are completely incompetent. They talk to you about your claim and…read morethen a different person calls you to discuss the same claim with no idea that you've already done this. Then a third and fourth person calls you. Then they send you a letter. Then you have to call them back and wait on the phone for 40 mins to talk to someone who does their job for a moment because you insist and they find out the have had everything they need for a month. Avoid this company if you don't want to give your claims statement 12 times. They simply don't know how to log customer contacts at all. The same task gets assigned to multiple people and none of them look to see if someone already did it they just keep starting the process over.

There is no insurance company that can even top this one whatsoever. The minute you call and report a problem They're right there on the phone with you. You get a live person and they spend all the time with you that you need. They listen to everything that you have to say and they give you answers. If you ever have a collision within 24 hours, your car is accepted to the shop of your choice And they get a rental for you if you need it they do this all in 24 hours. And everybody there are super nice super smart and makes it painless when your babies been hit I say baby, but I mean car my car is like my baby.
