I am that type of person myself. But she was VERY assertive towards me, treated me like I was something that could be disposed of almost. I will also admit, when she told me that the extension I filed with H&R Block (may I add) failed to be approved by the IRS I freaked out. Either way I made an appointment with her, figuring that's just how she was brought up/raised. My tax advisor at this location, her name is Beatrix Paal. Smart woman, I'll say that. However, after I decided to move forward. I went into the office on a Friday, 07/10. We went over all of my tax documents & paperwork. Over 2 hours, we decided we'd schedule another meeting. Well that meeting NEVER came. She emailed me again on the next Monday keep in mind RIGHT as they were closing. Telling me 'we'd have to reschedule for Friday.' Well that did not work for me I was out of town on Friday-the weekend. I followed up with her this week (07/26). I sent her an email to see if I could get a sense of what I would be looking at since she no longer 'had time' to meet me @ the H&R Block location. We could schedule a phone call. No problem, well lone & behold. She emails me back stating the following: 'Unfortunately I have to take my 8-week furlough & will not be back until September. I think it would be best if you scheduled with someone else.' & she recommended me to another H&R Block tax advisor. I'm going with my CPA form now, the amount of time that I spent with these people would've covered the fee that my CPA would've charged me out of the gate.

Six years ago id rate them at a 4.5 star rating. I've been with this agency for almost 10 years. That alone speaks volumes. Recently things have gone so down hill with Rosado its not even funny. If they have a negative star id rate it at a negative. I warn you now if you're thinking of going here to go to a professional company who has their ducks in a row! It'll save you a nightmare!!!! I had filed a claim with my insurance company who's adjuster tells me that i am only covered by liability insurance. This was clearly incorrect being that all of my paper work that i had signed in February stated it was for full coverage. I wouldn't have been able to drive off the lot without full coverage. I sent her pictures of everything I had signed as proof. Agreed pricing & all for full coverage on two vehicles. Long story short Regina with Rosado in San Marcos had failed to upload the documents that we've signed. Not only did this prolong my claim but, Regina then calls me after i spoke to the adjuster telling me that "you're lucky I save all of my records." She then deflects and tells me that someone else forgot to upload my documents & tells me if i didn't pay $316.00 on that date that the insurance company would not retro my claim or honor the full coverage! Meaning instead of paying my deductible id be paying out of pocket for everything! I asked if i could make payments on it since it wasn't my fault the answer was no! I was basically extorted for Rosados error & lack of due diligence. I over drafted my bank account a couple of hundred dollars just to pay for their error!!! It doesn't end there I've called Rosado, left multiple messages with Judy (absolute sweetheart) for regina to call me back. It was apparent that Regina was avoiding me & did not respond until i sent an email. .She told me she'd contact me with more rates before the 30th of August & haven't heard a peep! Regina's tarnished integrity & blaming tactics are inexcusable & is the reason a good company goes down the drain quick. As of tomorrow i am no longer insured through Rosado. Its extremely hurtful how they allow their staff to treat me even after years & years of business!

It was easy to apply for a pre-qualification online and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast, friendly, and helpful Lee was throughout the process. She even helped find us our dream home by keeping an eye on the market. We had such a fast paced journey. With the help of Lee, we found our new home and submitted an offer on 5/21 with 30 days closing. Offer accepted on 5/22 by the seller. Real estate transactions like this is all about having the best team. Our local lender Lee at Waterstone is best! I don't think it would have gone smoothly if we didn't have a dream team like we did...I encourage everyone to take advantage of this real estate market and utilize the best local lender Waterstone Mortgage. Lee had gone above and beyond our expectations.

When I applied for a mortgage loan with them, Lee told me I could be approved for a 145k loan as long as I paid off my car which was a little over 2k. I used all of my savings to get that taken care of and when I let Lee know, she said I was good to go AND she sent me an approval letter. A month went by and I found my dream home and the contract was signed. I paid to have an inspector come by. I sent my earnest check. WHAT DOES SHE DO? She tells me I can't get approved because COVID is tightening their protocols? -mind you I applied during the big Quarentine. She asked for my bank statements, w2s, and paystubs AFTER she gave me an approval letter and is now telling me I need a co-signer...? Why couldN't she tell me this before I spent all this money??? If I could give Lee a 0 star rating I would. I will say it again, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
