They cleaned my tile (both countertops and floors), carpets, windows, baseboards, oven and stove top, microwave, bathrooms, furniture, cabinet doors, refrigerator, and everything else normally included. My home was literally sparkling clean when they were done. I would recommend Mena's to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy company to clean their home or business really well at a reasonably price. I'm so happy to have found them.

Mr. Franklin is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. As another reviewer mentioned, he is professional and is organized with his prep work and cleanup. With the gate project, we were trying to solve a problem with a sagging gate but there were several different approaches that could be taken. Mr. Franklin listened to what we wanted to achieve both operationally and esthetically, and delivered a beautiful new gate that re-used our wood and functions perfectly. We are starting our list of additional projects and look forward to calling Ellington's again soon to help us catch up on additional projects that have needed to be done for a long time.

Drywall masters just completed a ceiling drywall repair due to a solar bracket leak…read more Victor came to my house and explained his plan on how to repair the ceiling. Victor was very professional and meticulous. He asked if I had any ceiling paint leftover. I told him I didn't, but I did have a picture of the name and bar code of the paint. Victor says, perfect, I'll pick up a gallon. He started the repair by laying out canvas drop cloths and taping plastic sheets from the ceiling to the floor. Upon completion of day 1, Victor stated that he would return in 2 days to allow the mud to dry. Victor returned 2 days later with Alex and started the day the same as day 1 (drop cloths and plastic sheets). Victor was able to match the ceiling's texture and the paint was a perfect match. I was very impressed by Victor's work. I would definitely recommend Drywall Masters for any sheetrock repair or project.

The owner (I believe) who answers the phone was very pleasant and professional. The cleaning crew did a terrible job. In fact, I had to redo everything after they left. They used some sort of cleaner on my hardwood floors that left a slippery white film. It took me 3-4 rounds of mopping to get rid of it. One of them had to step out for 10-15 minutes to make a call, which in my opinion was unprofessional. They didn't pay any attention to detail and didn't even do the "basics". I would have honestly given 0 stars if I could. Never again!

I do not take negative reviews lightly and so it has taken almost two years to post my experience…read morewith James, painter and his crew. His contract was six pages too long and confusing on scope of work or what the painting included. The Monday before Thanksgiving, James called and asked if he can move up the day for interior painting of my entire home and I agreed not knowing what I was getting into. After starting painting, he casually informed me that they only had one day to finish painting my entire Interior! This should have been disclosed up front. Fifteen, count them fifteen very young painters converged and took over my home in a disorganized and chaotic manner. Every room was occupied and unusable. Only one worker spoke English so it was impossible to communicate with most crew as James drove off to other jobs. His workers forgot to paint my kitchen cabinets, some kitchen and bath wall areas as well as trim. When I spoke with James, he defended his workers by falsely claiming that I "discriminated against them" and that I offended even his family. Such bizarre and false accusations allowed him enough reason to walk off my job and make early demand for payment in full which they did. Defiantly, James refused to finish the job due to my alleged discrimination, also claiming I was "too picky". James frivolously demanded I pay in full before the job was finished. Which I was pressured and intimidated to do due to the thanksgiving holiday and guests arriving. To this day, my interior paint job, my trim, my cabinets, my home was never completed but they cashed my check and were gone as abruptly as they came. I am sure they arrived on time at their next job. James is certain that I discriminated against his crew despite that they spoke zero English, I speak zero Spanish and more importantly I never spoke or whispered a word to them. I am hoping that James starts to properly supervise his crew and treat customers more respectfully because my personal belongings were taken during their interior painting chaos, an original framed artwork that I painted 20 years ago probably got wrapped in a drop cloth and is hanging in their home. I am still waiting on my original framed painting to be returned to me as I have already emailed James and requested this item be returned. Needless to say, I would not recommend this painter and warn others caveat emptor, buyer beware.

I highly recommend Creation Painting for four main reasons: quality work, competitive pricing,…read moreclean and organized service, and a friendly and professional team. Before moving into our new 3-bedroom single-family home, we wanted to have it painted and received a quote from Creation Painting. We had previously painted the interior of our 3-bedroom townhouse in Sunnyvale before selling it, so we already had a good point of comparison for pricing. To our surprise, Creation Painting gave us an even more competitive price for our new single-family home and was able to get the project done quickly before our move-in. What impressed me even more was how involved the owner was throughout the project. He didn't simply leave everything to his crew--he regularly stopped by to check on the work, even on the weekend, and made sure everything was done properly. The team was friendly and efficient, and they cleaned up thoroughly after the work was finished. Everything was handled neatly and professionally from start to finish. Another big advantage of working with Creation Painting is the owner's local network. Having worked in the area for more than 10 years, he knows many reliable people in different trades. As new homeowners with several projects ahead of us, his recommendations and advice for handyman work, roofing, and other home projects were incredibly helpful. Overall, we had a great experience with Creation Painting and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable painting company with competitive pricing, clean workmanship, and an owner who stays personally involved throughout the project.
