Kind of pricey, but also kind of not when you think about how much it would cost for a-la-carte ordering. The food and choices is about 2x more than you would find on a typical Indian buffet, which includes additional homemade items like pizza, chicken wings, fried chicken, and 4 different desserts. What makes this place special? 1. The food tastes homemade, to the point where you will see the employees on break choosing to eat their own food. That is a good sign. 2. Bread specialty - the breads are made fresh by hand, the oven area is open for customers to see. Even garlic naan is included. 3. Amount of choices - so many curries, breads, desserts, sauces, salads, and more. Even many protein options. The fried chicken is even delicious af. 4. Service is warm and friendly, a family atmosphere. 5. Food is not too salty and difficult tummy approved. 6. They make their own ice creams. You can see many regular customers that visit often and over and over. It's just that delicious. Tons of outdoor seating on the cute terrace.

Decor and seating are minimalistic, but you're less here for the experience than you are for a really good and affordable plate of food. I ordered the chicken curry with parathas. The parathas were fresh, hot and crispy and the curry was wonderfully aromatic and spicy (if you cannot handle spice, I would unfortunately not recommend this joint as the meals do assume you can handle a certain level of spice). Also recommend grabbing a cup of chai with a pack of burfi, just really really good. Would definitely come back here for a no-frills, authentic Indian meal.

Shawarma, gyros, vegetarian options. Like nothing else I've ever eaten. I've here for 3 iterations and not a lot changes with new names/owners. Great for sitting and chatting with the wife over a meal, though.

I do not often post reviews, but want to encourage more business their way…read more.. This is our favorite local Indian spot, hands down. I've tried a handful around the Lawrenceville/Snellville/Grayson area, and none come close. I've appreciate some good Indian cuisine for the better part of 20 years, and although I don't venture too far from my normal favorites, everything I've had here is good. I'm the prototypical samosa/chicken tikka/naan eater, and these favorites are excellent. Maybe throw in some Chicken 65, aloo palak, or veg korma and you got a solid family meal. Don't forget to order some rice, and make sure you let them know how spicy (even though my family wants no spice - they do that too!) The one downside is it can take a while. If you call at 6pm on a Saturday, expect to wait at least an hour. The thing is, the food is truly homemade and fresh, so it takes time. It's definitely worth it, but there are times when we just didn't prepare well in advance, or they are really busy because they cater too. Normal times you can have your food in about 45min. We mostly do takeout, as do most I think, so if you are in the area and looking to sit down to eat, I've never seen it completely packed, so you don't have to worry about waiting to get a table. Don't be thrown off by the minimal signage or limited if not no people sitting inside - it's a perfect place to enjoy some incredible Indian from a family owned mom&pop restaurant. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

My husband, my friend & I visited this spot for dinner and it was a weird experience…read more Pros are shorter, so here we go: Food arrived fast and looked very appetizing. I got the kothu parotta, my husband the Butter Chicken with Naan and my friend, the Kappa and Ulli Theeyal. I've had better kothu parottas but overall the food tasted good. Cons: Strike #1: While placing the order, the guy with the cap on was annoyed and spoke insensitively. He perfectly fit the description of the rude guy mentioned on Google reviews. My husband told me to let it slide as it was nearing closing time and yes, maybe the guy was anxious. Strike #2: He asked us the spice levels and when my friend said spice level 3/10, he smirked, laughed and asked if she is a Gujju (Folks from Gujarat, India who get stereotyped for their spice tolerance levels). She took it sportively and said yes. Strike #3: This was when I started feeling very uncomfortable. My friend was checking out the snacks they had on display, especially the Achappam (A sweet, flower-shaped snack that's popular in Kerala). While we were discussing it, the same guy came to us and said 'Gujjus usually like this snack'. She was about to purchase it but rather came back quietly to her seat. Later, she told me that his comment was the reason why she didn't make the purchase. Making stereotypical comments - Way to go Kerala Kitchen! Despite all these, my friend and my husband did quite enjoy the food. They just wanted a good meal and leave without any fuss. My husband even tipped the guy! I wish I'm half as nice as them.

I def recomd this restaurant, it is a bit hidden away but it's only 4-5 mins from the Walmart in Suwanee. The service was great, you can smell the spicies the second you walk through the door. I also thought it was pretty afforable, I think all of it costed about $39 or so!

I asked whether chicken korma and onion or vegetable bhaji were available. The answer was no. Another man suggested a dish he repeatedly described as "like korma but with bones." I took his recommendation, along with rice and two buttered naans, and paid more than $30. It was nothing like korma. I expected the bones, but the chicken was an unidentifiable cut, possibly ribs. The sauce was oily, bland, and nearly colorless--nothing like the rich, creamy, nutty, aromatic sauce I associate with korma. The rice was fine. The large naans were neither fluffy nor soft.
