The decor feels like a restaurant in India. The vegetable samosas were fabulous - crispy and piping hot! Always enjoy the mix of the green chile chutney and the tamarind chutney. The fish curry was good. The spice level I ordered was medium, and I would have liked it to be a bit more spicy than what I got. The flavors just didn't seem to pop like some other fish curries that I've eaten. Nevertheless, the dish came out hot and flavorful with a decent amount of fish pieces.

The flavor and variety was pretty good! The water glasses were a nice touch, the inside was nice and I left full af! However, the price for the lunch mini buffet thing they had was $20 with water and tip not included! Which was kind of expensive for the buffet food that was heated not warm but not super cold tasting.

Was surprised to find a Indian cuisine in Columbus... so we had to try it out.. lot of parking as it's in a strip mall. Pretty big restaurant and widely spaces seating. Their traditional Indian decor on the ceilings was pretty cool.. The curry dishes were pretty good, but I have had better biriyani elsewhere.. overall, it's a good place..

We were really surprised when our son who is at Fort Benning brought us to this Indian restaurant in Columbus, Georgia. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the waiter was very pleasant. We ordered Samosa Chaat and Onion Bhajia for appetizers. They came out nice and hot and the portions were really large. We were almost full after the appetizers. Nonetheless, we ordered Paneer Dosa, Saag paneer, Goat curry and Saffron chicken curry. All curries came with basmati rice. We also ordered garlic naan and bullet naan. Every dish was delicious and we have at least one more full meal from the leftovers. Columbus folks need to try this gem.

So good! We decided to try the lunch buffet as it was our first time eating here and we wanted to try it all - we were not disappointed! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and there was a ton of variety to choose from! Loved the paneer tikka masala, the chicken tikka masala, and the mango ice cream to name a few. The service was attentive, and the restaurant was very clean, bright, and welcoming. If you love Indian food, this is your place! Already looking forward to the next time I can come visit.

The food is amazing, I like it hot so went spicy. They took it easy on me, but plenty of heat for most. The naan is legit, Tandoori is great and the Jalfrezi is a flavor explosion. Plus, they have Taj in pints to cool you down! Servers were polite and patient with the diners not familiar with the cuisine. For a strip center, they've put a lot of effort into providing a fresh look with tile floors and nice tables and chairs for a better ambiance than you typical strip mall restaurants.

Me and my husband give this restaurant a 10! From the moment you walk the host and waiter are so friendly. The food was so good and they brought it out very quickly! We ordered garlic naan and samosas to start and it came out within 3 mins. My husband ordered a Mango Lassi and it's one of the best mango smoothies we've ever had. My husband ordered chicken Biryani and he gave it a 10, I ordered Butter Chicken I give it a 10 also and both those came out with 5 mins! I deff recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to try authentic Indian food!

We gave Saffron a try today. Service was impeccable & food was delicious. We had the buttered chicken, lamb chops, naan, & garlic cheese naan. 10/10 all around. The restaurant is very clean and beautiful.

I've ate here before and it has always been good Indian food. My favorite was the Chana masala. However, now I have several favorites. I just ordered for the first time the Dum Chicken Briyani and WOW!!! I just watched a travel show where a guy went to India and was trying all these Briysnis and it made me want to try it. I was not disappointed. If you have not tried their biryani they are OMG amazing! The guys there are always pleasant and personable, and the restaurant is always clean.

My partner and I go very often and have made this place our getaway sometimes. But throughout the year of 2022 best believe this was the best fine dining in Columbus Ga! The food is incredible! I'm from Vicenza Italy. Best believe they use fresh ingredients and make their food with love! And by the way the servings are "Abbondante" meaning wonderful portion you'll either be full from continually eating the delicious meal or take a nice portion home to eat the next day! We both usually get either the Butter Chicken Masala or Curry! Get some Naan on the side great to dip in the sauces. Very creamy flavorful and delicious! I'm talking mouth watering man!!!! Love, Spear

Malai Kofta to-go and it was delicious!

But definitely come as you are. The interior was gorgeous, I wish I took photos but wanted to be respectful of others who were dining and eating! It did take us a bit of time to wait for our food, but the fresh and delicious food definitely is worth the wait- more on the $$ side. Food = divine. This is coming from a Houston girl who's surrounded by incredible Indian/South Asian cuisine. You're given the option of a 1-5 spice level for most of their dishes- we went with 3 and it was perfect! Enough heat to still be able to enjoy the great flavors, and enough heat to give us a bit of a kick- definitely a comfortable spice level (but my boyfriend and I have a pretty good spice tolerance). Loved their mango lassi- a mango + yogurt drink- I can't ever pass up an opportunity to get a mango lassi. Their garlic naan was thin, buttery/garlicky, and absolutely divine. Definitely can't get better than eating fresh naan, they definitely came out fresh and piping hot, and very soft/strechy, you have to get the garlic naan- one serving is 5 pieces. Their chicken tikka masala was so delicious- I know, it's a more common dish to get. It was so incredibly creamy and nutty, definitely one of the better chicken tikka masala's I've had. If you're new to Indian/South Asian cuisine, definitely a must! Kind of like a butter chicken if you're slowly branching out. I'm a lover of paneer, their Saag Paneer was pretty good- paneer itself felt a bit flat but it was still delicious. Their lamb shank was pretty good- it was a bit more on the dry end, still moist, but a bit dry. Typically like a lamb shank that falls off the bone, but the flavors were still there, and loved the sauce and definitely loved the spinach that it came with. Chicken samosa's were okay! Mostly filled with welll/seasoned shredded chicken, nothing super special but it was still delish- will likely try to veg samosa's next time. It was super crispy! Service was overall pretty good- a bit slow in getting our food out, longer than an average wait I feel, but I noticed that there was also a large gathering around when we went so it likely took some time but no biggie. Our waitress was nice! Staff all seemed very friendly. Food came out all piping hot and fresh so definitely no complaints. Will absolutely be back!

You could feel the love in the room. We started with the samosas, which were crispy on the outside, perfectly spiced on the inside--classic and comforting. The butter chicken was a standout: rich, velvety, and full of flavor without being too heavy. The lamb chops were tender and juicy, with seasoning that made every bite count. And the garlic naan? Soft, warm, and just the right amount of char and chew. It didn't stand a chance on the table! The service was just as impressive--attentive without hovering, patient with our questions, and genuinely kind. You could tell they care about the experience, not just the transaction. They have a lunch Buffett available for $19.99, but k opted for an entree. I enjoyed the chicken tikka masala - the medium level was not spicy to me at all so if you want spicy, you need to ask for a level up. The garlic naan was soft and delicious. I was most surprised by the prices here. For lunch, this meal came out to $32. The price is what knocks this place down a few stars for me since it is double what I would normally pay for this exact same meal in Birmingham.
