I went to pick it up on Wednesday, only to be told it wasn't ready yet. When I explained that I had already called it in on Sunday, the employee initially said she didn't see anything in the system and told me to come back the next day. After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

These types of markets are usually packed with food items, this one is no different. I usually just get fish and vegetables here, can't beat the prices. Easy to navigate, got my things and went to check out I walked to self checkout and someone was outright shoveling candy bars in their pants without a shirt on. The workers were chatting up front and workers passed the guy and didn't say anything Which, oh well, everyone should have something to eat. My gripe is more about the workers socializing when 3/5 self checkout registers were ppl who needed help or just abandoned mid purchase. I went to the regular register and everyone was just moving so slow. I came in in a neutral mood but just felt really overwhelmed in there. Plus, I'd really love if their bags had handles again.

You have done a great job with your remodel (2022) since the last time I shopped here; it might have been over 10 or 15 years?!?! I actually stopped shopping here because their produce was too ripe and I always ended up throwing away too much. But now that I know how beautiful your place is, I might come back. I did notice you carry the Magnolia Ube ice cream; one of my favorites! Ambiance - Beautiful location. I especially like the surrounding signs with the back light. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm. Plenty of mall parking, well maybe not enough for all these businesses. Service - Good, but mostly self service. Price - Slightly above average, but it also depends on what you buy. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1998. We have been loyal customers for the past 20 years. Glad to be back.

I ordered a large sandwich & added lots of vegetables, normally there is no additional charge, that is at all Safeways. The employee didn't say anything about additional fees for vegetables, just added an extra $6 to my total. I told the lady employee , she said there was a charge, & she would remove the $6. Service was bad, the prep area was not prepared, lettuce was old, I had to ask for new lettuce, there was no avocado, and I had to ask the guy if he could find avocado, which he did. Idk the manager here or whoever is in charge is failing at basic food handling, not the cleanest place, not training the employees, worst Safeway in the area.

Third, the workers at the meat counter were all very nice and helpful. Ordered fish to be fried and while it was being prepared, walked through the aisles. We got some produce and all of it looked good, not wilted or sad, so I was very impressed. We took the fish home and it was so much better than we've had at other places. It was crispy, salted perfectly and it was really good. Pretty sure we found our go-to for fried fish!

I went back and grabbed a second drink so that I could meet the minimum. When the cashier checked the price, the total for the two drinks was $4.99. Even though it was only one cent short, she still refused to complete the transaction and told me that it was not $5. Honestly, this was extremely frustrating and completely unnecessary. Refusing a purchase over one cent, especially after I had already added another item to meet the minimum, is ridiculous and very poor customer service. The entire experience was unacceptable and frankly quite disappointing. I hope management seriously reviews this policy and how customers are being treated. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
