I called on July 24th and was told they were waiting on a response from the insurance company. I followed up with the insurance company and was told that they had already issued out payment and responded to their request. I called the shop multiple times to follow up with the the status of my car and was told EVERY time I called that it would be "mid week next week" my car would be ready. I called on August 15th and was told again that it would be another week. I requested for my car to be moved to another place but unfortunately it was too late so I am being forced to wait for this company to fix my car. My car sat for 2 weeks before they even looked at my car for an estimate. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! It's tons of car just sitting in the lot waiting to be serviced. A little bummed to leave this review. We have had our vehicles worked on here for a few years now…read more The same day service has been great - you just have to get there early as they can get backed up. My reason for the 2 star review is due to an AC issue with my vehicle. I brought it in at the end of June because there was no AC - it was leaking somewhere. I let them know when I recharge it myself it will last for 2 to 3 weeks, then it blows warm air again. They inform me the wrong Freon was put in the system (I put the correct one in, but I am guessing the person before us did not as it was purchased in January of this year). I go ahead and pay the $500 to have it drained, recharged and pressure tested - no leaks or issues found - good to go. Until this past weekend. The AC went out again (less than 3 weeks after it was filled). I take it back in and let them know it's blowing warm air again. They take a look at it and they say it's low on Freon and it would be another $480 to refill it for them to pressure test it and find the issue -- even though we just did that at the end of June. No thanks.

That should've been my warning sign, but what happened next was unbelievable. Apparently, I am not the only person he ghosted mid job. Every part of my vehicle he touched ended up damaged. Hose clamps? Left off completely. Interior trim? Broken. Hood latch? Destroyed. The "repair" he did created more problems than I walked in with, and I had to pay over $800 to a real mechanic just to undo the mess he made. That's not an accident -- that's incompetence on a level that shouldn't be anywhere near a toolbox. And once the damage was done, he vanished. No returned calls, no accountability, no attempt to fix what he broke. Just silence. Based on my experience, this person has no business working on cars. The lack of skill, honesty, and professionalism is staggering. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- your wallet and your vehicle will thank you.
