Then someone answered and said the prescription was expired and they had no record of renewal from my Dr. I pointed out that the package on the previous month said I had 7 refills. And even before they screwed up the prescription it was never ready when I arrived no matter how many days I gave them. They always told me to come back in 15 minutes.

I went back the next day in the afternoon about 1pm to try again... I had a sleeping baby in the car so I tried the drive through-- AGAIN CLOSED! My husband went back tonight at 6:30 pm and waited in line because again, the drive through is closed, for them to tell him they wouldn't get through the line before closing so he needed to leave. What made the experience worse was that they wouldn't even allow me to pay the cash price for the medication, despite how critical it was. On top of that, I was policed for expressing frustration under my breath during an already stressful situation. Going to any Walgreens continues to be a soul-sucking and demeaning experience thanks to their wait times and the quality of their employees.
