Convenient, clean and well-equipped CVS for all of your last minute needs! I have not personally…read moretried the pharmacy here, so I can't speak to that, however my review is geared more towards the convenience store goods and services. Pros: Spacious, well stocked: This CVS is well organized, large and spacious. It is extra cool in the summer-- the AC is blasting, and upbeat music is always playing! Friendly employees: The employees here are friendly and helpful-- they will greet you as you enter, and assist with any questions that you have. You never have to wait too long in line here-- between the friendly employees and self-checkout, it always is an efficient experience. Conveniently located: The CVS is conveniently located off of Indian School Road, very close to old town scottsdale, making it walkable. There is also lots of parking outside of the CVS. Good selection of beauty products: This CVS carries a good selection of beatuty products-- shampoos, nail products, and makeup-- I always find the beauty product that I am looking for...and even some I am not looking for Cute seasonal products: Lots of cute seasonal products at this CVS-- you can even see some in the picture that I posted! Other: No passport photos: I don't believe that this CVS offers a photo booth, so just keep that in mind if you need to have pictures taken for your ID.

When my insurance changed and I had to go to a different pharmacy for a few years, I was really disappointed and realized even more so how great Brandon and Hadley and the others at this location are. If people are complaining it is because they are complainers. Every so often there is a clerk that is a bit clueless or new, but that is the same thing that happens at Doctors offices. You get a great doctor, but front staff is inexperienced or vice versa. That is life everywhere.

So, if you plan to use the drive thru make sure to call first to see if it's open. I know a lot of places are struggling with staffing issues right now and I hope management open the drive thru ASAP. They laughed, pretended they would open the door and completely ignored me until I waited for them to leave the front door BEFORE 10pm. They bought things for themselves at the register to add to it. I watched the kid in the blue debate opening the door and the other kid say no and then sit on his phone. I'm extremely disappointed in CVS and their employees and I will NOT let this one go.

Pretty bummed to learn I've been paying $8 every time I've had my cat's prescription mailed to me…read more In the automated system when you call to refill prescriptions, there is NOTHING about a shipping fee associated. All it asks "if you'd like to have your prescription mailed to you, please press 2". I've been getting my prescription from them for almost 4 years, maybe longer, and had no idea I was paying this. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency. Other than this, my experience with this pharmacy has been smooth sailing. I think their automated system needs an update. I spoke with someone from the business and said my peace. They said I actually had acknowledged the shipping fee back in 2021, which wow, that's when I was deep in my cat eating my comforter, sheets, clothes, pillows, etc. than, I must have missed this very critical info. So I apologize for being wrong about shipping fees. She also said that since shipping fees vary state to state, it's hard to update an automated system, and to that I say you can absolutely add an "shipping charges may apply" regardless. I am changing my review to 5 stars because otherwise this, they have been trustworthy and have never been late for shipments.
