I asked how many photos in a set. He started to give me an attitude and refused to say how many insisting that I tell him what country first. I repeated my question, and he condescendingly say "What country?". This is one of my worst experiences at Walgreens. Walgreens needs to train its employees the meaning of service. I came in for passport photos in the USA. If I needed passport photos for other countries other than for the US, I would have mentioned that. Even if it is true that a passport photo set at Walgreens is different for different countries, the employee did not need to condescendingly communicate with its customers with an attitude. At the minimum, the employee could say something like "The set includes ... for US, and will be different for different countries." I did not come to Walgreens to spent my money so that Walgreens employees can berate and humiliate me.

Previously have sent me another customer's info via message (HIPAA violation). Have failed to get signatures when delivering expensive meds that I requested to confirm delivery of. Unreliable for use for high-acuity meds for IvF and early pregnancy support. Barely deliver enough meds so constant, frequent refills are needed- really have to keep on top of everything (and them) because you never know when they won't be able to deliver a med on time. Two of my meds are currently unavailable and one is being filled thru another pharmacy/ alto claims it will reimburse but who really knows?? For a concierge level delivery pharmacy, they really under perform.

Came in the other day to purchase a few items, and there was only one functional employee (aka the…read moreshift manager) available in the entire store. The other employee was a trainee and was not qualified to do much of anything. I first approached the registers asking for a price check. the manager was preoccupied with a customer, so I asked the trainee if she could check the price of an item for me. The manager was like, "oh there's a price check machine right behind you, sir" and I was like "the machine is off" and then she was like "oh is it?" So, I replied, "yes, so can one of you do a price check for me?" and she was like, "oh no the other this computer is down and she (the trainee) doesn't have the credentials to login". When I was ready to checkout, the manager was still busy helping the same aforementioned customer so I decided to use self check out. I rang up my items and one of them was not as advertised price wise, and there was no one available to help me remove the item. So I gave up on what I wanted and went to put back the item that should've been on sale and when I came back, the machine was still out of commission. I notified the manager lady that there's a problem with the self check out, and she impatiently replied, "you'll have to wait because I'm with a customer right now and the trainee can't do that either. Well great, I'm a customer and I've been needing help too but sorry for inconveniencing you! Basically I spent 10 extra minutes in this store because there was only one functional employee working / available to answer questions on a Monday afternoon at 5pm.
