I even saw someone sitting in their car until 10 PM before driving off, I really hope that wasn't an employee who had already closed the store early after cleaning and counting the drawers. I can't help the time I got out of school, and this situation was incredibly disappointing. My son needed his medication, and the store not honoring its posted hours caused unnecessary stress.

They finally found it, someone had mistakenly put it in the wrong place. Inconvenient, but I understand things happen sometimes, at least they had my order in the end.

Granted, I always come back because there is 100% WORST out there. With me trying to get my life together, I finally decided to get my expired passport renewed. This required me to go and get some photos taken. I hopped online and did a quick search for locations that could help me accomplish this task and up pops Walgreens. I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty hesitant to take this route due to some pretty bad reviews and a number of horror stories regarding the lack of care and knowledge the employees had when it came down to photo requirements. The last thing I wanted to do was waste my time, money, and delay my passport getting renewed. BUT!! Convenience and my laziness got the best of me and off to Walgreens I went. I arrive to an empty photo department but flagging someone down was easy enough. In walks Isabel (shift lead) who makes the process super easy. She asks that I take a seat with a white backdrop and begins to take multiple images. Once she was confident that she had a shot that could be used, she brought me over to a kiosk where Isabel went through a check list prior to confirming the photo and printing it out. The process took about 20-25 mins for the images to be ready. Whoo hoo for same day pick up!! Cost was a whopping $17 for a set of 2 which is a lot cheaper than what passport photographers would charge. 5/5 stars for Walgreen's passport photo process. Isabel seemed knowledgeable enough but the final test will be the government actually passing my renewal application. Stay tuned for a possible "part two" review.

I remember when CVS first opened this cosmetics section that they had two beauticians. Unfortunately not many people knew about this so I haven't seen them anymore but at least the cosmetics are well stocked. They do have this nice Minute Clinic which looks like a small clinic inside the store. No one is there on the weekend it seems. You can easily find what you need in the beauty section. Came here to have passport photos printed…read more I was supposed to receive 2x passport photos. Upon returning home, I discover that it's just one 5x7 photo print I was charged $4.95 for. Photo was heavily pixelated so it wasn't usable, but it stated "This is an online passport order, please cut into 2x2" which I assume was instructions for the worker. Had to make another trip for passport photos so this was a waste of time and money. For future info, even Walmart has a better system in place for passport photos. I would just go to a mom/pop shop that does it for $20-30.

They have a parking lot and is conveniently located in a small plaza, where you can multi task and do some other shopping while you are at it! They have a great selection of OTC medications and supplements so don't be afraid to ask for some advice! iCare cares about your family just as much as they care about theirs from the conversations that I had with the staff during my visit there. Service is always given with a smile! :) Transfer your prescriptions over! It is easy and convenient from what my experience has been like so far! I am glad that with iCare, I don't have to keep calling the pharmacies to just do a simple job and get frustrated!

The app is easy to use, refills are simple, and delivery is convenient and generally reliable (except for a few times where our meds were delivered at the wrong address, but their customer service was good and they fixed the issue). Previously have sent me another customer's info via message (HIPAA violation). Have failed to get signatures when delivering expensive meds that I requested to confirm delivery of. Unreliable for use for high-acuity meds for IvF and early pregnancy support. Barely deliver enough meds so constant, frequent refills are needed- really have to keep on top of everything (and them) because you never know when they won't be able to deliver a med on time. Two of my meds are currently unavailable and one is being filled thru another pharmacy/ alto claims it will reimburse but who really knows?? For a concierge level delivery pharmacy, they really under perform.
