As a Southern Nevada resident, this Kingman location was the closest to me, so I bookmarked it and finally visited earlier today. Here are some highlights: CUSTOMER SERVICE: I was greeted warmly by multiple store employees, and the overall customer service was impressive. AMBIANCE: The store was clean, easy to navigate, and unfussy. Upon arrival, I beelined to the produce, deli, bakery, and specialty items section. The bakery was bustling with activity, and I later discovered through the Phoenix subreddit that Bashas' is renowned for its baked goods. FOOD SELECTION: My primary focus was on Bashas' unique snacks and store brand items. I was particularly surprised to find muscadine jelly, a staple from my childhood in the Southeast. Additionally, I noticed several Bashas' store brand items on sale or at very reasonable prices, such as honey roasted peanuts priced at two for $5. I bought a few to assess their quality and determine if I'll be a repeat customer.

I've been a shopper at Dollar General for the last 2 years since I moved to Kingman Arizona, But as…read moreof recently I have to say my experience going to this particular location has been nothing but pleasant. The staff are very courteous and polite although I will admit they do have some of their bad days just like everybody else not everybody's expected to be perfect everyday but the staff here overall is just so welcoming. Particularly Chris. The amount of times I've come in and seeing him there, He's always there welcoming me with a smile or a joke. He usually goes above and behind as usual duties whenever I need something and this is something I've observed in him doing with others as well. And despite the abuse that some of the other customers give him and the other staff he never wavers He just keeps it moving and moves on to the next thing. There are a few others I would like to mention but I don't really know their names but they seem very very capable of doing their jobs especially the manager who I see sometimes in the morning while she's straightforward she is never rude or unwelcoming whenever I get servedrung up by her. And the nice older lady that's usually there in the mornings seems like she's a godsend I always see her running up and down those aisles just putting things away and getting back to the register to help for someone her age this woman moves fast and deserves a raise in my opinion. Anyway the location is good and sound The staff there are pretty polite and reliable but like I said sometimes they do have their down days It's to be expected while the location is fairly clean I will say the floors are the only thing that seem wrong with the place. Feel like they could use a third person every so often during the evening and night shifts but from what I was told by one of the employees that's just the way things are.
