Woof - We chose to stop here because they have a dog park, which is an awesome amenity while on a road trip with pups. I did not feel inclined to take advantage of the above amenity, as it was so dirty with trash, poops, miscellaneous items and just overall was not clean enough for me want to take my pups in. The immediate surrounding area was similar. The gas station itself was fine. They do have ample pumps and parking lot. I did not use the bathroom or purchase anything beyond gas, but I would try to hit up the other gas station with a dog park while in the area next. read more

So over many years, I am one of the thousands of Vegas road warriors that find themselves in the situation of having to drive from Las Vegas to Phoenix and back. 4.5 hours on the road one-way or the hassle of the the airport. Pick your poison. Kingman is the stop for most to either get gas or a snack or most commonly use a bathroom, including myself. Compared to other options in the area, this Love's Travel Stop has been and will continue to be my pit stop of choice while making this drive. Mostly traveling alone, I want to feel safe when I make a stop. This Love's is incredibly busy, but as a female traveling alone, it is busy is a good way that crowds can be. But also important is a clean bathroom. Their restrooms are not abundant, but they are indeed always clean with the feeling that someone recently checked on them. This means a lot on a road trip pit stop, so much so that I am Yelping about it. Lots of snacks, drinks, trinkets and even a Subway (which I enjoy for I know they have some relatively fresh, healthy options for a non-meat eater like myself). Anyway, also located away from the busy intersection of 93 & US40 and really stands alone, it is an ideal location. read more

We always stop at Love's Travel Centers while traveling. They are consistently clean and have a great assortment of merchandise and cleanrestrooms. Most have restaurants inside, and this location has a Subway and Chester's. This Love's is located off Interstate 40 in Kingman, Arizona. We bought fuel and ate at Subway ( very good). This is our go-to spot for gas and a bathroom break on our way to or from Las Vegas (or beyond). Decently priced gas and the best cleaning solution and squeegees around for your windshield and back window glass. The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. We usually grab drinks and snacks and are helped by smiling cashiers that always ask if you'd like your receipt. They also have lots of great hats - baseball to cowboy. Knives, electronics, etc. for great gifts too. Remember to dress for the weather - the low temps plus bitter wind can chill you to the bone in cooler months. When driving to Phoenix from Vegas, this is one of my "approved" stops. Love's has great snacks, is well-lit, and feels safe and clean. The restrooms always are clean (when I stopped in today, an employee was literally cleaning the toilets when I was there). These good hygenic practices are especially important to me considering we're in the middle of a pandemic! There are hand sanitizer stations everywhere, even when you first walk in the door. Love's has a strict "masks required" policy, but I saw a couple of burly dudes who weren't wearing masks. This really upsets me, and it's so rude to the employees working and the customers, too. Plenty of gas pumps mean no waiting to fill up, and the iced tea was freshly brewed and tasty. I'll continue to stop here when passing through. read more

Stopped by for gas and while walking in seen an employing screaming and yelling at the top of her lungs at a young lady about how her kind was not welcome there and that homeless aren't welcomed so I walked up to offer the young lady some money and the employee then yells at me not to help her or I'm not welcome. After talking to the girl come to find out she wasn't homeless her bus had left her on her way to Vegas with all her belongings left on the bus. After talking to another employee about how the other employee treated her and me found out it wasn't even the store manager doing the yelling and screaming but was the lady that messaged the Subway. I couldn't believe loves let's their employees treat their customers this way or even someone stranded with no belongings or help. I was especially astonished after finding out it was the Subway manager doing all the yelling and not the store manager. It was the most disrespectful and unprofessional things I've seen from gas station. read more

This is probably one of the best gas station if you're going from Phoenix to Vegas. The store is clean, it isn't smelly at all. The bathrooms are oddly comfortable, and really clean. They have showers for truckers which I think is pretty cool. They also sell jewelry and electronics that you wouldn't normally see at a gas station. THEY SELL IPADS?!? We came here for a 10 hour break on the truck and found a great parking spot. With all the vehicles outside this looks to be a hopping place. The store looks very clean. There was a lady cleaning the women's restroom but there were lines of women coming in and out that I'm sure it was hard for her to keep up. Just a fuel stop with restroom stop. All went well. Didn't buy anything else. It was okay

OVER IT! It is on average a very busy fuel stop which is not the issue. The issue is the level of rude behavior allowed by management to permit people to walk away from the pumps causing HUGE backup and waits to get fuel. No sign, no announcements to dissuade this behavior. We travel with a pull behind RV and have gone to this fuel stop four times a year and have encountered this as the norm. This is the last time. A van with Florida tags with a small trailer hung up a fuel line for over 35 minutes. I asked the woman inside was it possible to ask people to leave the pumps after fueling and she said "we don't do that no matter how bad it gets". Good to know! Our fuel filter clogged, and we had to wait a couple of days for a new filter to be delivered. They didn't hassle us for parking our sprinter van and trailer and sleeping there for over 2 days. Get out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kingman and fill up out here at the Loves #272 if you're making your way back to Tucson from Las Vegas. The gas is cheaper at this location and it's easy to get in and out of parking. The bathrooms are your typical gas stations bathrooms....don't expect first class VIP service, but they are clean. For suburbanites with rural leanings like me and my family, pulling off at a truck stop always conjures up a heady mix of both positive and negative images: sure, I can buy a big reusable plastic mug of coffee and a cheap CB radio, but I might get in a fight with a guy wearing a sleeveless flannel, a John Deere hat, a three day beard, and a tattoo of David Lee Roth. Glad to report that I've never had that experience here. Instead, this Love's features cheap gas prices, clean restrooms, and nice folks-- both employees and customers, it seems. This is a 'standalone' station... There are no other options within several miles, but with services for both 4 wheelers and big rigs, you don't need anything else. Maybe its smaller footprint is what keeps the cutthroats and desperadoes from settling in here. $2.05 a gallon on the way out to Williams, and $2.15 a few days later on the way back to LA. Both are a lot cheaper than the lowest option anywhere in California between here and home. Best to fill up here on gas and coffee, and drive like you stole it. That stretch of I-40 between Kingman and Daggett is a long one. read more

Hey, what ever you do just keep driving and don't stop here! They are unhelpful and allow people to park in the lanes unattended while you wait to fill up your gas tank! Wow, on a trip and don't have time to waste. In addition the air machine to fill up air for tires is missing the nozzle but they fail to inform you before putting your money in the machine! Ridiculous at best! They require you to leave your driver license as collateral in case you feel like keeping the stupid nozzle as a souvenir! Then, you must assemble the nozzle, put your air in, disassemble and go back into the office to collect your license and give back the stupid nozzle! Omg! Way too much effort?! I won't go into the gory details but, suffice it to say, that we broke down on the side of the road at 10:30 AM 83 miles from this Love's Truck Stop, but the tow truck did not pick us up until 9:30 PM (I'll be leaving a separate comment on that situation). We did not get to Love's until 1:00 AM! The first person to greet us at the repair facility was Dustin. He could not have been nicer! He was informative and explained everything that was going to happen. He looked at our problem and explained that, unfortunately, there was nothing he could do to solve our specific problem at 1:00 in the morning so it would have to wait his boss and another tech arrived at around 7:00 AM. He made sure we were safe and settled, and then wrote a detailed report to his boss and tech to review! In the morning I met with Kelby! He was actually nicer than Dustin (sorry Dustin!). He also explained what was the best way to solve our issue and promised that they would take care of us. Enter Tyler! Tyler is a young guy (not sure if he shaves yet) but talk about knowledge beyond his years! He went above and beyond the call of duty, which called for him to crawl under our unit 4 different times to make sure everything was fixed! I would have never guessed that people working in a Love's repair facility were friendly, helpful, experienced, and honest (emphasis on honest) but these three are! They are wonderful representatives of the Love's organization! We are completely satisfied and give Dustin, Kelby, and Tyler 6 out of 5 Stars!!!! read more
