The customer service was top-notch; shout out to Mike and Lisa. They were both incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared if we found everything we needed. This is the ultimate one-stop shop. We made it a point to stop here again on our way back home to fill up our tank and grab more snacks. We'll definitely be making this a regular waypoint on our future road trips.

Tons of snack and drink options, along with a hot food area called "The Bonfire Grill". Employees were nice and friendly. Gas prices were comparable to those nearby, which is something we realized we had to pay attention to since we didn't once and the gas was like $1 more per gallon just for the convenience of being near the interstate. No greeting, no eye contact that felt human, just a blank stare and a monotone voice. I asked her to repeat it because I genuinely didn't hear her, and instead of saying it again, she just tapped the screen like that was the end of the conversation. That was enough for me.
