Best swimming school in the Denver Metro area! My son has been coming here since September and he…read morehas made so much progress under excellent coaching. Alex has been an incredible coach. Seeing all he is capable of learning and doing at such an early age has been amazing. It won't be long before he can swim safely and correctly by himself. Thankful for a good coach who pushes him but also makes swimming fun. I also love that he's not just learning how to swim, but also learning good technique/form. The pools are above ground which is unlike anything I've seen, but I love how they use technology to help swimmers improve. For the little kids, it's nice because there's a camera on every pool so you can see everything your child is doing during their lesson from the waiting area. Janey at the front desk is the kindest soul. She cheerfully greets every family as they arrive. She loves all the kids and makes an effort to get to know them and their parents. It has such a strong family feel. Janey went above and beyond for us when we were having some family struggles at the end of the year and I so appreciate her kindness. She worked hard to accommodate our issue and find a solution for us. I'm so glad we switched from our previous place and came here. It's a little more expensive than our previous place but worth every single penny. I won't go anywhere else! The facility isn't large, but they have a pleasant waiting room, a number of changing rooms, and a small shop where you can swimwear and accessories. The swim school is located around the back of the VCA pet hospital. The first time I came I got a little confused where the entrance was since you can't see it from the street. They don't do make-ups so it's important to be able to commit if you go here. They're looking for people that are serious about swimming, which I appreciate.

In just five consecutive days, my kids made more progress than they've made in years! My son went from plugging his nose just to go underwater to gliding confidently and even jumping off the diving board -- no floaties and no nose plugging! My daughter Olivia mastered gliding and incorporated arms for the freestyle. It was amazing to watch. Ms. Carol is incredibly encouraging and skilled. She teaches out of her own heated pool, and her approach is direct and effective. She's the best swim teacher around. If you want real progress and a positive experience for your child, give her one two-week session -- they will swim! This was a summer bucket list win!

My daughter had taken a few other swim lessons elsewhere so she was very comfortable in the water and going under. I think this was a large contributing factor to our swim success as Ms Carole did not need to spend that time trying to get her comfortable with going under - and we could focus more on honing her skillset. One call out for new parents is that we are asked to leave the lesson. I hung out in the driveway and could still hear everything during the lesson. My recommendation would be if you have a child who is always looking to you for direction - its best to leave so they can focus on what Ms Carole is saying instead. You can always check out the last 5 minutes of the lesson - but I found it helpful to remove myself from distractions. We were really pleased with the progress we made over the summer and my 4 y/o daughter can successfully jump in the water and make it back to the edge from the deep-end.

While we remained hopeful due to our children's potential, the consistent administrative failures and lack of professional integrity from management have made it impossible to stay. The management here is incredibly difficult to work with. Scheduling is a persistent challenge, and interactions with the leadership team are often met with a disrespectful and dismissive tone. Most concerning was the discrepancy between the "progress app" and the staff's assessments. Despite the app showing our kids had met the necessary benchmarks, management repeatedly insisted they "needed more time" on basic skills. This created a stagnant loop that felt more about extending tuition cycles. Policies & Make-up Classes The handling of make-up classes was the final straw. While the facility initially promises flexibility with make-ups to secure your enrollment, they make it nearly impossible to actually schedule them. When we attempted to utilize our accrued credits, we were met with resistance and instead pressured to pay for additional private lessons. It is truly a shame to see a place with such potential treat long-term clients this way. We are excited to move to a new location where we hope our children will finally receive the instruction and respect they deserve. If you are looking for a program that values progress over profit, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
