We are new to the swim experience, but so far we have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff at the front desk is warm, friendly, and go above and beyond to assist you. The system for drop off and pick up is clear and easy with a screen depicting the lane your instructor is in, numbered signs around the pool, and intercom announcements for when classes are about to begin or end. I love the extra time at the end to chat with the instructor. We had Cory and we truly loved how kind and patient he was with our 5 month old. I watched him chatting to our child the entire time, slowly easing him into the water, and engaging him with toys. We look forward to seeing his progress over the long term. The locker rooms are clean, organized, and a nice size so there's plenty of rooms available to prepare for class. I love that they have two changing tables as well. The lobby has ample seating spaces to watch the little kickers through the glass and there is a small selection of retail items which are extremely cute and practical. Though the parking lot is large, I do appreciate that they have dedicated spots out front for parking. While it can be hard to snag one of those spots during busier times, it is nice to be able to keep my little one less exposed to the elements after pool time.

We LOVE Little Kickers. Our son started at 6 months doing drop in lessons. We took a summer off and then went to weekly lessons. He has been with his instructor, Chey, for almost a year and really enjoys working with her. She has found the perfect balance of letting him lead the way while also pushing him outside of his comfort zone. We don't care if he ever gets into competitive swimming. We just wanted him to not fear the water while learning to respect it. He even calls bath time "swim time." Thank you, Chey, and Little Kickers!

The population of the gym is older and these members could benefit from easier access to Pilates training. It is such a beneficial exercise routine for functional fitness. Parking spaces devoted to families that sit empty 95% of the time. Seems to be lacking leadership.

My 7-year old has been going to SafeSplash for about 18 months…read more Ups and downs for sure, but we are currently riding a wave of progress and enthusiasm with a new instructor. Good: Plenty of time slots available and makeups are easy if you miss. Instructors show great patience with kids of various ages/skill sets in one class at times (not always the case). They asked for feedback recently and appear to have made appropriate changes based on it. Staff are friendly and helpful, esp the manager. She rocks. Not as good: Kids are not pushed to get better faster. Treading water like that is good for business, but for families, not so much. They have rolled out an initiative to be accountable for this now. Goals for progress are clear, for example. I believe in it. While fit matters, we have had five instructors now (turnover, scheduling) and only the first one (who moved away) and newest one seemed truly focused on helping our child improve at an appropriate pace. They all seem competent and friendly, though. If you need to speak with Park Hill Safesplash, your only option reaches an off-site call center. While they can handle many issues, they lack location-specific insight. If you really need to speak to Park Hill, they will call for you and have Park Hill call you. I'd expect a call center from insurance or cable companies, not a swim school. Prices went up this year. We haven't priced other schools, but it's getting more expensive here (like everything in 2025). Overall, we have been happy with SafeSplash Park Hill. 3.5 stars worth of happy for now.

A special thank you to Cheryl, the director, who runs such a thoughtful and well-structured program. You can tell a lot of care goes into how the school is organized and how families are supported. Our swim coach, Megan, has been fantastic. She is patient, encouraging, and wonderful with kids. We especially appreciate how patient she is with our son on days when he's not as excited about swimming or wants to test boundaries. Megan stays calm, consistent, and keeps realistic expectations while gently following through with directions and the skills they're working on. Her steady and encouraging approach has made such a difference. We're so grateful for the positive environment they've created and highly recommend Denver Divers to families looking for quality swim instruction. ‍

My husband and I have always been interested in scuba diving, but we didn't take the plunge (see…read morewhat I did there) until early 2025. We're so grateful we got connected with Denver Divers through their adaptive diving program. Even though I've had an interest in scuba diving, I was really nervous to actually try it. I was able to attend a Try Scuba event at Denver Divers, and was immediately hooked (see what I did again). I was paired with an instructor who explained the basics of diving, had time to try out the diving in the pool, and was able to ask questions afterwards. Once we decided to proceed, we were paired with an instructor, Vince, who put as totally at ease about diving. We were given an online training program, in person classes, and two training sessions. I felt comfortable asking questions and learning from my mistakes. I felt super prepared by the time I was getting certified. We ended up taking a group trip and got open water certified in Honduras. I ended up doing 23 dives and built some new core memories. It was wild to see all the different marine life (including a friendly little shark), to see coral up close, and to explore a shipwreck. On top of all of this, we also have started to build our community of divers. All of the instructors are so passionate about diving and really enjoy teaching others how to safely dive. We are looking forward to staying connected and to more future group dive trips.

I love OTF and the OTF concept and this studio is ok but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here…read more My beef: -$28 drop in rate if you're not on the unlimited or have a plan, a little steep for a location that's not downtown or in a happening area. -I've been a few times and haven't really connected with any of the coaches or staff. I really don't even remember the names of the coaches I had because the personality was lacking along with motivation. -People here do NOT follow the number system when moving from tread to rower to floor and staff does nothing about it. This drives me absolutely bonkers because once this happens it causes a chain reaction of people having to move and not knowing where they are going, therefore slowing down the workout. -Just not my people. This is a studio for younger folk who want to talk/gossip more than workout. I'm used to a more focused/serious group that is there to get the best workout possible. So yeah, obviously not my choice studio but I like it because it's pretty central so I can meet a friend for a workout. OTF is awesome but I wish this studio would work on the items above.
