A week ago one of the smaller solid windows developed a CRACK on the inside of the glass from end to end. I called Vista glass and they refused to cover it under warranty because it was BROKEN and they said that if it was a result of their workmanship, it would have cracked much sooner. They quoted me another $700 plus to replace a 32 1/2 x 32 1/2 inch window. I would not recommend this business because they did not stand behind their work.

Took my insurance a couple weeks to get Tony's paid and for windshield to come in...windshield need to be calibrated now because they have cameras and sensors in new cars! It finally came in and I was called to make install appointment. We were told it would take 4 to 5 hours, but it would be ready by 4. They called us at 2pm and it was done! They told me what it would cost to get a new one 855.00. Though they did not ask for me to put down a deposit I did. There would be no way I could come up with all 855.00 at once. I gave them 400.00. Things happened and I have not been able to get the other 455.00. I asked for my money back. Yes, my windshield is still cracked. They only want to give me 200 and something back. WTH? But whatever. I have to accept that. 3 maybe 4 months now I still have not received my money or a call as I have requested from the manager or owner. Their a rip off. And I should not have given them money down.
