Both times I have been to the shop its been simple and painless. No up selling, cat calling, or "you'll have to leave it here for a week." Mark and his staff are honest and hardworking. I always vote for supporting a local business verses a chain. The office/shop are one which means there is no "no smoking" area. Be prepared to smell like smoke when you leave. That would be the only complaint I had, which had nothing to do with my car.

They didn't treat me like a number like I've experienced at Safelite. They were very hospitable by offering bottled water while I waited & our conversations were very pleasant. The atmosphere was very quaint, yet accommodating for my teen daughter & myself. Appointment times were very flexible. Glass replacement took less than 45 minutes in its entirety (including check-in & payment). Prices were very competitive; way more affordable than Safelite. I highly recommend using Gulf States Glass for all of your vehicle glass work & repair. Thanks John!

I dropped my car off the next morning and was told it would take a few hours which was fine. I never got a call and came back after four hours because my ride had to leave, and they hadn't even started on the car. I asked what the status, and it was just after that moment they realized that the glass they received was broken. Disappointed it wasn't inspected on arrival, and I didn't get a call. It was inconvenient, but things happen. The business took responsibility for that and apologized. I took my car, and they said they would re-order the windshield. Great. I realized there were multiple pair of handprints on the hood of my car, which I found weird since they hadn't done anything with it. I mentioned it before I left. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the fingers of the handprints were pointed toward the nose of the car, and midway up the hood; some people had been sitting on the hood of my car with their hands behind them. New car, ceramic coat, not cheap, not from working on it, not impressed. It caused me to wonder what else. I cannot swear or prove anything because I did not do a walk-around when I dropped it off. I will not make that mistake anywhere again. There was a dent in my passenger door that is going to be $500 to fix, and a significant scratch on the driver side bumper at about middle of the wheel level. I know for a fact that I had not hit anything. It was large enough I would have known if it was road debris. I hand wash my car every week and I washed it 4 days before that, and there were definitely no dents or obvious and irreparable scratches in the plastic bumper. No one else drove my car either. I have not contacted them regarding it, because again, I made the mistake of not doing a walkaround. Oddly enough, it has now been over a week, and they have not contacted me regarding the windshield they were ordering for me. Makes you wonder if they were aware of the damage, embarrassed, or just disorganized to the point of not wanting to follow through with an $800-$900 window replacement. Seems like they would have gone out of their way to remedy previous shortcomings, but like I said, still no call. Nice people. Unprofessional shop who are either unorganized, clumsy, haphazard, unethical, or some combination. Needless to say, I won't be going there again despite my love for supporting small businesses. I have scheduled with someone else.

We have bought many tires for many vehicles over the years. The customer service has been up/down as the staff members change, but overall they have served us well. I try and schedule service appointments when I know that maintenance is coming, but their hours are very convenient whenever I have an emergency (nail in a tire, dead battery, etc.) and need a walk-in service. I don't use them for all my vehicle repairs but for the routine maintenance things they are my primary shop. As long as I have cars I will keep bringing them here. One thing to note: if you need tires but don't want Goodyear brand tires, they can get almost any brand of tire you want. Call them or go online and set it up ahead of time.
