I called them on June 11. A day later I receive a call from Christina who was very pleasant and said she would get a quote to me within a day. After 4 calls to them to check where my quote is, I finally receive it on June 18. They had the best price and the following day I asked for the quote to be confirmed in writing. I follow up on June 19 and the person who answers the phones said Christina would get it over to me that day which I never got. The receptionist on all the calls was not a pleasant person to me through this whole process, very short with me. This Monday, still no quote I call and ask to speak with the owner, Glenn Payne. The receptionist stated he wasn't in. I asked for her to have him call me. She said she would and hung up before I could leave her my number. I reached out to the supplier of the shower doors asking for a different dealer in the area who could provide me a quote. The manufacturer referred me to A-1 Glass in Covington who provided me a quote in writing within 24 hours at a better price! Clear View lost a $1,800 sale all because they would not confirm the price in writing. I would definitely recommend A-1 Glass in Covington when you need a price.

Said it was going to be 8pm before the correct glass came in so I ended up having to leave my vehicle with him to finish up. Instead of him putting the windshield in when it arrived he decided to wait until the next day. Well it decided to come a flood and he had left my 2020 Honda Civic outside uncovered in his yard. My 2020 Honda Civic is now ruined. I contacted the Secretary of State and his license has been revoked since 2025 because he failed to file with the state for the past 3 yrs. Needless to say he refunded me for the second vehicles windshield and I took my vehicle elsewhere. And he doesn't have the funds to pay for damages to the electrical components in my car that now have corrosion. He had my car from Tuesday to Sunday, this happened Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Sunday when I messaged him to come pick up my car he tells me he needs a couple of hours, it rained and water got into my car from the old windshield that he just laid in while waiting to install the new one. That was supposed to be in by 8pm Tuesday but he decided to wait to install it until Wednesday. Needless to say my car was flooded.
