The finish is ALL flaked off. They deny any damage and refuse to do anything about it. I have before and after pictures too. I should've known they wouldn't do anything about the damage THEY CAUSED. AND my driver side mirror was taken off and not replaced correctly, so it doesn't work.

Brought my truck in to get back quarter panel repaired. Got the truck back, panel looked good but…read morethe tail lites on that side werent working. Before I had a chance to bring it in for them to take care of, I noticed my toolbox in the back was now scraping in the cab, wearing away the paint. The tool box was not reinstalled by their service people properly, allowing it to slide and therefore rubbing against the cab. Brought the truck back to talk to them about taking care of the light and the paint rubbing. Bill was more interested in blaming the toolbox and was willing to do some bandaid process while he would be holding onto my truck with no vehicle to work with... didnt get as far as talking about a rental supplied by him while they worked on the truck. Based on his attitude, I highly doubt he would have offered. Dont blame the toolbox that was properly installed the first time and worked fine, then reinstalled by your service team that obviously is somewhat short on skills. Take responsibility. That's the problem these days... always blame someone else...typical. Wouldnt reccomend their services.
