I confirmed separately the replacement windshield (Pilkington) is high quality and compares very favorably with the OEM windshield that would be much more expensive. They also have a lifetime warranty for leaks. The scheduling was quick and easy. I will post another review after the installation.

He has a mobile service so he comes to your location (in Baton Rouge). We agreed to meet in a parking lot next to the building I work at. He explained the process involved and provided a little bit of knowledge about a glass windshield, how they are laminated, and what layer was actually damaged by the rock chip. I normally don't voice complaints, but this level of miscommunication is absolutely unacceptable. Respectfully, Michael Richardson
