Needless to say, this went on for a couple more times without a call back. Found Ace Auto Glass right off Kanoelehua Ave and met with Kelton Chang and asked if I could return in an hour. Returned fir the scheduled appointment and he guided me into an open bay and he went to work. Within 30 minutes, he was done and the cracked was filled and sealed. Kelton who happens to be the proprietor was very friendly, personable, and easygoing. Highly recommend for windshield crack repair. He recommended that the sooner you bring in the vehicle after the damage, the better the results.

After replacing, the windshield technician was unable to recalibrate my safety equipment because he brought faulty equipment. He told me he's been having problems with the recalibration equipment. Since I've already paid the $500 deductible. The technician Ben told me I could drive almost 4 hours round-trip to their shop and they could recalibrate it there when I told him this Was totally unacceptable, he copped an attitude and left quickly. This left me with having to go to the dealership, have them recalibrated, pay out of my own pocket and submit for reimbursement. Had I known Safelite was gonna be such a headache I would've gone to the dealership and had the entire job done correctly there. Instead, I'm out my time and money. I would never recommend Safelite.

In turn Lynn from Ace Auto Glass called A.S.A.P and told me she would handle everything. She did. They ordered my high - end windshield. Scheduled the service. Great job they did. But because my car has all the " bells and whistles ". My windshield needed to go to Honda for a computer calibration. Once again Lynn set this up with my insurance claim and Honda and took care of this. Thank you Lynn for doing such a great professional job and handling everything. I highly recommend there company. Great service. Nice people to do business with. Very happy with my new factory Honda windshield July10th- 2020. Well... I had to get my Windshield replaced once again. I slapped my windshield wiper onto my windshield- after wiping down my blades- the blade slightly came off the metal part and just hit my windshield enough to start a crack in it. So. Again I called Lynn at Auto Glass Hawaii. Lynn was very efficient in ordering a new windshield for my 2017 Honda CR-V Touring. This time they calibrated my windshield, instead of having Honda Dealership doing it. Thanks again Lynn and Mike for doing such a professional job in handling this again. I highly recommend Ace Auto Glass if you need there service for Windshield replacement. Mahalo Nui Loa
