Got the call as I was leaving work that it was ready to pick up- I couldn't believe it, seemed too good to be true. I think most auto shops make mistakes and some types of negative experiences are inevitable, as…read moreseen in the review world. My experience at this shop took place in 2018. When my vehicle had slid off an icy road and the front bumper and grill were damaged, I took it to Arrowhead Auto Body. They gave me an estimate to have it looked at which was accompanied by a strong opinion that it would be costly to repair and that parts needed to be replaced. I didn't have the funds that day, which seemed to annoy the representative in addition to the fact that I didn't want to dive into a repair before the vehicle was even looked at to assess the damage. I was told I could only leave it parked there for a day or two. So, thankfully, I saw that another shop, Everything Automotive, was across the street, and I took it there. The customer service was awesome, and they actually even let me keep the vehicle parked there for 1-2 weeks until I had the money for a potentially costly repair. When they checked everything, there wasn't any actual damage that needed repair. When I came to pick it up, they didn't charge me anything. The whole experience was a surprise and felt like great customer service and just kindness. I'm sure that Arrowhead Auto Body has allowed for many positive experiences, however, because of mine, I would tell a friend to consider other shops or at least get a second opinion. I've continued to have really great experiences at Everything Automotive. Arrowhead Auto Glass (full auto body shop) is also a good shop.

Crapweasels. Was given the runaround on the availability of…read morea second key and then was referred to another family member who wasn'tmuch help. I picked it up and within 100 miles, there was a terrible noise coming from the front left wheel. I was a little distracted cause that within those first 100 miles, I also realized that the infotainment microphone didn't work, the gas tank lid doesn't stay open when you pull the latch, it only stays open while you pull it. So by the time I got around to looking at that issue, I realized one of the lug nuts is really worked off the wheel bolt. It was the wheel wobbling making the awful noise. This seemed super odd since it was 100 miles in, and when I pull it off the stripped lug nut falls off with a goopy lock seal dripping all over the stripped bolt. At this point, it's the Monday after Thanksgiving and this place isn't open on Monday. So I take it to a shop and while they are fixing the wheel, they inform me and show me the cracked alternator belt and confirmed the lock seal substance was recently applied. I nearly lost it at this point- minor lie about the keys but the idiot kid Asher looked like he was still learning how to shave so I let it go. Gas tank lid could have broke after I drove off the lot for all I know. But you let my family get in a car with a wobbly janky wheel? What would've happened if the wheel came off while they drove, or took a sharp turn, etc.? The application of that substance is a clear indication they knew there was an issue but wanted to save $75 fixing a wheel bolt? And no way an alternator belt cracks up in under 100 miles. But I figured I failed, I did verbally ask if there were issues but no I didn't inspect every inch of the $17k car. And I never reached out to them. I mean who reaches out to the person who flagrantly cheats them and endangers the lives of their family?? Certainly not. Now today- 3 weeks in, I learn the windshield fluid dispenser on the back window doesn't work. What else will I find? Who knows! What will you find wrong in your new Anderson Motors car?
