Bought a brand new car in September well a semi through a rock at my windshield and needed it fixed so I figured this place would be good boy was I horribly wrong. Set up a appointment for the next day and got it fixed but my cars calibration was acting weird and this could've been a huge problem in many ways so I went back in they told me the "manager" would call me well he never did then I went in almost 6 times telling them I need it fixed or my $400 recalibration money back since they couldn't do it well they just keep telling me they couldn't figure it out and would try again 3 times it shouldn't take a month to fix your problem absolutely horrible DONT RECOMMEND! read more

I hadn't finished my original review when I was told I was rolling too much. After 4 or 5 canceled appointments because of no windshield or parts and various other excuses,I still don't have a windshield. This place is a clown show. Don,t waste your time. Go to an independent installer. This crew is terrible read more

This company does not care about u! Safelite put on here they messaged me on the 15th they'd get a manager to get ahold of me... it's the 28th now, n I have heard from no one other than well we will have district manager call in 24-48 hrs. Well no surprise they did not! Go somewhere else save urself the headache! Poor management!! read more

I brought my vehicle to Safelite to have a smashed windshield repaired. They didn't start on my car until an hour after the appointment time. I then went to pickup my car and a fog light was completely gone. They claim it was like that when it was dropped off, but I have pictures that prove otherwise. My windshield wipers aren't calibrated and won't wipe my entire windshield, and my entire pillar between the drivers door and windshield is scratched from replacement. The manager was completely unwilling to work with me or own up to it in anyway. After a conversation with the manager, he told me to never come back. Wasn't planning on it, terrible customer service, terrible time management, and awfully rude management all together. read more

"Safelite Repairrrrrr Safelite replace!!" Had a cracked windshield due to a small rock hitting it on the interstate. Safelite was my insurances preferred vendor so I went with them. Brought my car into their shop and took less than an hour to replace my windshield and also they didn't mess up my satellite radio antenna, so I was really happy about that. Very courteous staff person too! They even cleaned all my windows on the inside and outside!! I'll definitely use them again if I have any further car window issues. read more

During a recent ice storm, a branch fell on the windshield of my new car. The glass was so cracked, we could barely see out of the windshield on the drivers side. Safelite team was incredibly efficient and got the car in quickly for replacement. They made sure all of the electronics connected to the glass were working properly, and the staff were friendly and provided me with information on how to treat a new windshield. I'm back on the road! Thanks Safelite! read more

And then when I walked in it was not only clean but they knew all of my information, we're well-informed and took me in immediately. Both the mechanic in the receptionist(she may have been shop manager) were extremely helpful and very friendly. I was very impressed about the fact that they were organized and ready for me. They had me in and out under my time expected. They offered me coffee and Internet if I needed it but I went around the corner to go get breakfast. I'm traveling the country so it is very important that I took care of this immediately. They were flexible and making my schedule and more timely in terms of finishing the job. Top notch for sure!! read more

My husband and I had two vehicles for a new windshield in the shop at the same time. I have barely ever experienced better and friendlier service! Everybody in the shop was welcoming, very friendly, customer-oriented and extremely professional. I wish other companies would only deliver 50% of what these guys provided! Hayli at the counter, Chris, Matt and Zakk and the other techs were simply AMAZING! Thanks Safelite! Highly recommended! A+++++ read more

The nearest Safelite is 100+ miles away from my home, but I think it is worth the drive since the overall cost and quality of service is excellent. I called several shops closer to home and their price was much more. I had the job done in Safelite's shop, and the technician was ready to go to work when I arrived. The whole process took less than an hour. read more
