Bought a brand new car in September well a semi through a rock at my windshield and needed it fixed so I figured this place would be good boy was I horribly wrong. Set up a appointment for the next day and got it fixed but my cars calibration was acting weird and this could've been a huge problem in many ways so I went back in they told me the "manager" would call me well he never did then I went in almost 6 times telling them I need it fixed or my $400 recalibration money back since they couldn't do it well they just keep telling me they couldn't figure it out and would try again 3 times it shouldn't take a month to fix your problem absolutely horrible DONT RECOMMEND! read more

I brought my vehicle to Safelite to have a smashed windshield repaired. They didn't start on my car until an hour after the appointment time. I then went to pickup my car and a fog light was completely gone. They claim it was like that when it was dropped off, but I have pictures that prove otherwise. My windshield wipers aren't calibrated and won't wipe my entire windshield, and my entire pillar between the drivers door and windshield is scratched from replacement. The manager was completely unwilling to work with me or own up to it in anyway. After a conversation with the manager, he told me to never come back. Wasn't planning on it, terrible customer service, terrible time management, and awfully rude management all together. read more

Both the mechanic in the receptionist(she may have been shop manager) were extremely helpful and very friendly. I was very impressed about the fact that they were organized and ready for me. They had me in and out under my time expected. They offered me coffee and Internet if I needed it but I went around the corner to go get breakfast. I'm traveling the country so it is very important that I took care of this immediately. They were flexible and making my schedule and more timely in terms of finishing the job.
