Chris was great to me and I stopped by cold and had a back fender that had popped out on a close-curb right turn incident! There was a -lasting piece missing, but Chris took it back and fixed the broken piece and put fender and right panel back in at no charge. I think most auto shops make mistakes and some types of negative experiences are inevitable, as seen in the review world. My experience at this shop took place in 2018. When my vehicle had slid off an icy road and the front bumper and grill were damaged, I took it to Arrowhead Auto Body. They gave me an estimate to have it looked at which was accompanied by a strong opinion that it would be costly to repair and that parts needed to be replaced. I didn't have the funds that day, which seemed to annoy the representative in addition to the fact that I didn't want to dive into a repair before the vehicle was even looked at to assess the damage. I was told I could only leave it parked there for a day or two. So, thankfully, I saw that another shop, Everything Automotive, was across the street, and I took it there. The customer service was awesome, and they actually even let me keep the vehicle parked there for 1-2 weeks until I had the money for a potentially costly repair. When they checked everything, there wasn't any actual damage that needed repair. When I came to pick it up, they didn't charge me anything. The whole experience was a surprise and felt like great customer service and just kindness. I'm sure that Arrowhead Auto Body has allowed for many positive experiences, however, because of mine, I would tell a friend to consider other shops or at least get a second opinion. I've continued to have really great experiences at Everything Automotive. Arrowhead Auto Glass (full auto body shop) is also a good shop. read more

I was slightly skeptical because of the reviews, but my coworker highly recommended them! They staff was so incredibly helpful and kind. They worked with my crazy schedule to get me in. I had an issue with my rental car reservation and was becoming stressed & they were even able to lend me a car last the same day. They made the process to get my car repaired after the accident so much easier! Glad I went with them! read more

I had the absolute worst experience with Arrowhead Auto Body fixing my vehicle from an accident that was covered by my insurance. When my insurance company called to get my car into gets fixed they suggested Arrowhead since they were in-network. I thought I had heard good things about them so I decided to get my vehicle fixed with them. Little did I know how much of a headache this would turn into. When I first brought my car in to be looked at to figure out what parts they'd need to order I had my first impression of their customer service. Jen, the person I worked with, took pictures of my car and ignored my concerns about the center console damage and the front end of my vehicle that had been dented. They only ordered parts for the rear of my vehicle and ignored the rest. When I got my car back and noticed only the rear was fixed I had to go back and forth with them and my insurance company to get my car back in to get fixed. At this point I realized I had to micromanage the people who were supposed to fix my entire car to ensure it was actually done. I had coordinated with Jen to get the parts ordered and she assured me they'd be in by Monday. When I hadn't heard back from them on that Tuesday I called and they let me know that the parts may not be in until that Friday or following week. I reminded her that when we spoke last week that she assured me that my vehicle would be able to be fixed this week as I'm only in Duluth one week a month. She was busy and told me she'd call back. When I received a call back 15 minutes later it was somebody else letting me know that now the parts would be in that night and I could drop my car off before their 8am opening and pick it up that same afternoon. I dropped my vehicle off and again didn't hear anything back. I called later that day at 3:30 and Jen let me know that my vehicle wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I again reminded her of what she had previously assured me of. She again was too busy to talk and called me back shortly after letting me know I could pick my vehicle up within a half hour. At this point I decided I should talk with the manager about my less than ideal experiences with Arrowhead. I was transferred to Travis who I explained the situation to. When I mentioned that they didn't fix ALL of my vehicle the first time I brought my vehicle in he interjected that, "sometimes we have up to 50 cars, so things get missed." This amazed me that they would admit that sometimes they have too much work so they just don't fix the entirety of the car. As a well-known auto body shop I would hope that I wouldn't have to double check their work and make sure they did their jobs. Two months after my initial contact with Arrowhead I have my vehicle back with a very strong opinion of their terrible service. I've spoken with my insurance company and they've had several issues like this with Arrowhead lately. They will be reassessing their "in-network" status and I would never bring my car back to them if they were the last shop in the area. read more

They advertise a lot and definitely have name recognition, so I went with them for an insurance claim to fix some suspension issues. Long story short- they busted the windshield while doing the repair but said nothing. After picking car up I noticed it after parking and called them. Brought it in the same day or next, and they at first denied any wrongdoing, mentioning I had a small crack before in a different part (which I did, and which was repaired/done deal, unrelated). After politely talking with them, they initially offered to pay for half the cost to replace windshield (which I likely would have agreed to as reasonable) but they continued to deny they did anything and not own up to the issue. Eventually, with some persuasion, they agreed to replace the windshield without charging me. I am satisfied with the ultimate outcome (though I'm unsure about the quality of the actual installation), but really I would've been fine with them accepting responsibility and paying half. The true issue here is honesty/integrity, which I can't speak of for the owner, but at least one of their sales reps is clearly severely lacking. I imagine like most body shops, overall they do fine. But it is the way these shops respond to an incident that speaks volumes. Unfortunately, this shops screams "Unscrupulous!" read more

I have had body work done on 4 different cars over the past 15 years, all by Arrowhead. I would trust nobody else with my vehicles. Arrowhead has always been quick efficient, friendly and their work has stood the test of time. In my opinion, they are the best in the region. read more

Arrowhead Auto Body is wonderful to work with. Their customer service is superb. I do not like having to deal with "car stuff" and their staff made it as stress free as possible. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive for the week that my car was being repaired. The loaner vehicle was new, clean, and in great shape. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
