They called at 8:30am to confirm the appointment and said they would be running a little late, which was fine. Then called at about 7pm to ask if we had somewhere like a garage with lighting they could work in, we told them no and they said they couldn't work on it then. I tracked them and they were 2 hours away so they expected to show up about 9pm and with an expected 2 hour job time they wouldn't be leaving until about 11pm. read more

His manners were very good and he was a great conversationalist. I hope Safelite realizes what an asset they have in Jairo! Local team- were professional and courteous. Other reviewers are correct- this locations is an afterthought in a corner of a tire shop- Dropped off vehicle and took an Uber to a coffee shop to wait the 1.5/2 hrs quoted. At the 1.5 hour mark- got an automated text stating they had started... Tried to call to inquire - and Holy- automated- stupidness- these prompts and "thank you good bye" resulted in a solid 15 mins of my life I'll never get back. This automated service approach is enough for me to never return to any Safelite - ever - ever. There are plenty of other - less expensive options out there that can answer their phone - and replace glass. If you prefer a Human-less experience- full of automated phone prompts - and a thank you good bye - hangup- this is the place for you. read more

God forbid you want to talk to a human being when you call. Instead you are greater by the greatest atrocity that modern man has created out of pure bastardized laziness: the call center chatbot. I desperately needed to talk to a REAL LIFE EMPLOYEE. Almost none of the options the telephone based terminator would lead me there. Instead it would say "thank you for calling, have a good day" and literally hang up on you. None of my questions were answered, never got a quote, never spoke to an employee. "But Brandon you can get a quote online" okay maybe but still why do companies put in these soulless machines? Easy, to put a bigger barrier between you and them because you; the customer are a nuisance to them; the people that will still take money from your pocket. My 2022 car had a small nick in windshield barely visible and after repair has two very visible spots and one looks as if it will spread. The guy said sometimes that happens. Why pay 158.00 to make it look worse? Supposed to be refunding money but nothing yet. read more

Tried to fix my windshield. They are charging $859 to fix my 2020 Toyota Corolla. But when I quoted a new Mercedes,Maserati, and a lambo it's only $350 to fix it. Why does it cost more to fix a Toyota windshield and cheaper for a luxury car?? I ended up finding another place who fixed my windshield for $300. Save your money. read more

Rock hit my wife's windshield, which caused a single crack all the way across. She is a Dr. And keep crazy hours. Called Safelite and we were able to set up an appointment to repair at our home. The personal was very professional, clean, neat, and articulate. I would recommend Safelite to anyone. read more

They gave me a same day appointment to repair my windshield. They did it in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would use them again. The only downside is you cannot speak directly to the store when communicating to make an appointment or ask questions but that did not create a problem for this appointment. read more

Avoid this shop, if possible. It is literally a van parked outside a Goodyear Tire shop with a desk and laptop in the corner. By their own admission, the technicians aren't properly trained on how to do an active cruise control/driver assist re-calibration, and after my third full day drop off, and second piece of glass, I was again handed a vehicle that wasn't safe, except this time I was told that I'd still be responsible for the deductible AND have to take the car somewhere else to have it calibrated. I live 30 minutes from this location and have taken two vehicles there and back three times, for 180 miles worth of gas, and several hours taking away from my employment. And still I have an vehicle that is less safe than it was before. To cap it all, today, Jeff threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave because I was asking him to not charge my credit card until I can get the work completed or figure out what else I can do. 0/10, and this shop should be shut down. read more
