Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Richard, Lavanty, and Mari went through stairs and elevators to get our belongings into our apartment. They called us before arriving to the PODS storage to let us know they were on their way. They assured us they would load us up and meet us at our apartment. That was so helpful because we were then able to get settled into our apartment before they arrived.

By far the worse moving experience I ever had. Showed up 4 hours later than the original time we…read morescheduled because someone called off. I was scheduled to have 3 movers, I had actually got 2 movers and the third was the dispatcher( still charge me for 3). She was taking calls during my move. All around terrible communication. Showed up with a a truck too little, we had to do two trips. (The truck being too small was both of our faults, poor communication and listening). We sat in traffic a total of 3 hours on between trips. We would have never ran into that much traffic if they were on time in the first place. The dispatcher gave off scammy vibes, started talking crazy when I disputed the charges that more than doubled. It made me uncomfortable to the point I kicked them out of my house. Never again. scratched up my walls, pretty bad, damaged some by Furniture like my bookshelf bathroom mirror.

I tried to…read morebook them for a quick move and when I tried to call the number on their invoice to confirm the date, time and other relevant information, a woman picked up, said "No, no English..." and immediately hung up...LOL Puzzled, I double-checked the number on the Emailed quote and it was indeed correct. I immediately Emailed and cancelled. That was a serious RED FLAG. It did not stop there. The day of my move, guess what? They called to "confirm our 10:00..." I had to tell the person who called (he spoke ENGLISH) that I cancelled weeks ago. He seemed disoriented and clearly not organized. "Prohands?" More like "NO HANDS" LOL Coincidentally, I speak Spanish, among other languages so that whole thing was lame begining to end. Translation (for the woman who said "No English" and hung up on me ...LOL) Qué raro... Intenté contratarlos para una mudanza rápida y, cuando llamé al número que aparecía en su factura para confirmar la fecha, la hora y otros datos importantes, me contestó una mujer diciendo "No, no English..." y colgó de inmediato... ¡jajaja!
