I called and made a reservation which was easy except I should of trusted my gut because they only asked me my address my destination and pick up time. No confirmation email (because they didn't have it) or text. They never showed and I couldn't get anyone on the phone at 4:20 AM when no one had arrived to confirm whether someone was still coming. I ended up having to drive myself and pay for airport parking. So a $25 plus tip (which I would of tipped another $20 for such an early trip) ride turned into a $135 airport parking bill. They texted me at 6:28 AM after I was already in Dallas into see if I still needed a ride. But hey they are sorry so that fixes it right .
