I even extended the date…read moreI was supposed to pick the car up to allow them sufficient time to make proper repairs so they didn't have to rush. I stopped by the day before I was supposed to pick the car up and it did not appear to have been moved at all from the last time I'd seen it. (This was on a Sunday and they were closed but I could still access the car in the parking lot.) I called the day of pick-up and at first they didn't even know who I was. Then I'm told the repairs are too extensive so they're not going to sell me the car after all. (I wonder if this is even true because I really don't think they touched the car based on where and how it was parked the day before. I don't think they touched it after I initially saw and test-drove it.) I was dumbfounded and asked, "You couldn't call me ahead of time to let me know you were backing out of the sale so that I could have started looking for another vehicle!?!" The response was, "Guess we forgot." Avoid these guys at all costs. They're dimwitted and incompetent at best and uncaring and unscrupulous at worst. I cannot imagine anybody could have a satisfactory experience using their services for anything.

I was on the side of the road after a towing company damaged my front left tire when transporting…read moremy car. It was 16 degrees out with gail force winds. I had been attempting to loosen the lug nuts for over an hour when Rusty, the owner of Eurotech Auto Body showed up. He drove behind me the short distance to his shop and had one of his employees take change my tire. Two days later, he had my tire fixed and replaced the pressure sensor which he found the towing company had also damaged. He and his staff where friendly and helpful, to say the least. I'm not sure what I would have done if he hadn't seen me on the side of the road and pulled over to help me. I highly recommend these guys and I will be doing all my business there moving forward.

We were on the second night of vacation about 7 hours from home and I hit an animal, damaging my…read morebumper, with part of it curling into the wheel. The gentlemen at Dick's checked it out to make sure I was safe to drive, could still enjoy the rest of vacation, and patched everything up so it looks practically good as new until I could get home to get the bumper replaced. Their kindness and compassion was incredible and so needed, and there work was perfect - made it home safely and you can hardly tell there was any damage!

My car looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside out for me. (That's above and beyond in my…read moreopinion) I just expected the damages to be fixed. it did take a while to get the appointment and get my car back however it was right around xmas/new years so I understand the longer wait than the estimated 1-2 weeks, they also took on more than what I initially needed repaired (I hit a second deer just before the appointment for the first damages) and they repaired both in the same instance which was nice to not have to bring it back for a second claim/second repair. The communicated with me well through the repairs 10/10 would choose them again for any car related repairs.

Just moved to the area from out of state and needed to get our cars inspected. I was half expecting a call saying it failed for some reason and it's going to cost several hundred to fix, but luckily an unfounded fear. Everyone I dealt with was a very personable and friendly. The guy…read morethat attended to me did a shabby job and packed my wet tires which removed from my car on my back sit without a plastic bag and when I told him that he messed up the seat, he started yelling and asked me to leave. He also over charged me and collected $130 to swap my summer tires to winter tires. management needs to do something about his attitude and his work ethics. It is horrible. Peter
