They were able to take me in without an appointment to do an emergency wiring fix. Thanks!

I first took my car to a chain mechanic who took 2 hours to quote me over $1200 and said it would take the whole day. My mechanic in NJ said that was a rip off and to try and find another place. I called probably over 25 places and each place was either booked or said they couldn't fix a Mercedes brake line. Finally I called Vertigo (I was hesitant because the name didn't seem like an auto shop) but thankfully I did because Austin was not only super polite and knowledgeable; he was able to get me in immediately and have it fixed in no time for under $250! A fraction of what I was quoted at the other place! I'm so grateful to have found this place!!! Highly recommend!

Apparently some retired CO that does auto body for them was responsible for the RIGHT side disaster install... Maybe he should just stick to Bondo and painting. Read below: 1) They installed sway bar end links incorrectly which caused a tear in my RIGHT front Axel CV boot. - Male Secretary behind counter said Jeep came in like that and they didn't want to take responsibility for the tear. Luckily I was able to get a one time goodwill repair at dealer. It was clearly obvious they caused it because the dealer re-installed the end link correctly so it didn't happen again. -The day I picked it up it was clunking in front end bec RIGHT strut was not installed correctly. A test drive before I picked up would have resolved this issue ?!? 2) Two days after initial pickup the RIGHT brake caliper fell off and locked up the rear wheel. Owner had to tow Jeep in the middle of the night to shop and fix next day 3) They broke RIGHT side ABS sensor which they somehow were honest about, I didn't have 4WD or ABS in the snow for two weeks, I had to follow up myself for that repair to get done. 4) Finally when I picked up for the last time I realized there was overspray on my windows from when they painted window trim. - Idiot secretary behind counter had the audacity to tell me its normal from outside diesel exhaust (Jeep is not diesel) and it was not from overspray !!!! - I guess he couldn't take the 10min to scrape it off with a razor blade after the hack job they performed and $3k I spent. 5) After all this they didn't even recommend initially or offer to despite all the ISSUES to do a wheel alignment as my brand new tires worn uneven at 50k miles and needed replacement, rotations were done every oil change... SAVE THE HEADACHE, GO ELSEWHERE.

Its insulting for sure. I brought my car there to have a caliper replaced and a wheel bearing, something like that. this particular model of car required the whole assembly to come apart. I also asked he install a new shock since it was all apart. just like anything else if you have a big job you do what you can afford as a preventive maintenance kind of thing. This guy charged me the time it would have taken to do the job and more, as if that's all he was doing. over 200 dollars to replace a strut; the whole assembly, including the strut, had to come apart to do the other work. i provided the strut. I am not a mechanic, but i know as fact it took him 2o min tops to place the strut in the machine to swap the coil spring. I felt ripped off. Maybe he does stuff like this because he doesnt want you back? rapes you, tell you to get rid of your junk? I will never return, and always tell anyone when it comes up, like yelping. those college kids who said he called their cars "junk", its true because he said it to me.

I was given an appointment for 12/26 at 12:30. Upon arrival the person behind the counter told my husband that they couldn't inspect our vehicle because they didn't have any December inspection stickers. Not only did they not attempt to contact us to cancel our appointment, but the guy was completely unapologetic and stated that we must have scheduled online (which is untrue and should not make a difference as they could clearly see our appointment was for an inspection and did not call to cancel). I will never give this place my business again and encourage others to take this story into account before they do.

I received a confirmation for the time I and took a $$30 round-trip on the ferry to get to my appointment on time only to be told that they didn't have anything in their system. And, then I was told I would have to wait 40 minutes for the inspection and then have to sit there for an hour after the inspection, because that was "state law". Whoever owns this franchise ought to be ashamed of themselves. Monro ought to ask to have their name taken off the building. One star because I can't give none.

After about 5 minutes of driving I could tell something wasn't right with the balance of them. When I came in for a follow up appt. to have them check the balance, the lady told me that they would re-balance them but they doubt that would fix any problems and tried to get me to schedule yet another visit so that a mechanic could diagnose what else was wrong with the vehicle for 2-3 hrs. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle... When they re-balanced the tires I asked what they found and they responded that they didn't even check the existing balance. They just blindly stripped all the weights and balanced them again. This time the vehicle drove even worse than the first time. When I brought the vehicle to another shop and explained the issue they threw the existing wheels w/ weights on their balancer and laughed. The guys at Warren tire didn't even get it close. Once the balance was corrected by the second shop the vehicle drove great. The other funny part of my experience was when I dropped the vehicle off for the follow-up visit, they told me that it would be atleast a few hours until they could get to it. This didn't bother me at all except for the fact that 4 of their techs were standing around behind the service desk chatting with each other and not getting any work done for the entire 20 minutes I was there dropping the vehicle off. I was appreciative that Warren Tire was able to get me in for my tire change quicker than any other shop around was, but if I knew it wasn't going to be done right the first time and would require 2 more shop visits I would have just waited a few more weeks.
