When I called Dubreys not only was the guy that answered super friendly and accommodating but gave me a quote to have my current one repaired for a grand less. No other shops gave me this option. Turns out I paid less than 300.00 and having no issues and not only that they somehow found my passport I've been looking for and left it in my glove box. I am blown away. Highly recommend.

I haven't…read morelived in Plattsburgh for years but was helping an elderly friend who needed to get her vehicle to the dealership. Although the charge seemed high while comparing we found Dupery's to be in line with the others. Cameron was dispatched to pick up the car and as I requested called to let me know he was on the way so I could give my friend a heads up. Being elderly she is cautious about who she allows in her place which is understandable these days. anyway I was on the phone with her when he arrive. she said he was very polite and even assisted her in getting down the steps and held his arm out to make sure she didn't fall. he got the car started and loaded. Before he left he made sure she was good. He called me once the car was at the dealership. it is very nice to find people who genuinely care about the customer. They either need to get…read morebetter trained staff or get their equipment calibrated: Brought my new vehicle there with less than 10k miles to get the original tires swapped out with some brand new snow tires. After about 5 minutes of driving I could tell something wasn't right with the balance of them. When I came in for a follow up appt. to have them check the balance, the lady told me that they would re-balance them but they doubt that would fix any problems and tried to get me to schedule yet another visit so that a mechanic could diagnose what else was wrong with the vehicle for 2-3 hrs. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle... When they re-balanced the tires I asked what they found and they responded that they didn't even check the existing balance. They just blindly stripped all the weights and balanced them again. This time the vehicle drove even worse than the first time. When I brought the vehicle to another shop and explained the issue they threw the existing wheels w/ weights on their balancer and laughed. The guys at Warren tire didn't even get it close. Once the balance was corrected by the second shop the vehicle drove great. The other funny part of my experience was when I dropped the vehicle off for the follow-up visit, they told me that it would be atleast a few hours until they could get to it. This didn't bother me at all except for the fact that 4 of their techs were standing around behind the service desk chatting with each other and not getting any work done for the entire 20 minutes I was there dropping the vehicle off. I was appreciative that Warren Tire was able to get me in for my tire change quicker than any other shop around was, but if I knew it wasn't going to be done right the first time and would require 2 more shop visits I would have just waited a few more weeks.

Failed for a crack in the headlight. still functional, still worked and definitely one of those things you ignore , let slide, use your judgement. Ive had my vehicle inspected 3 times since, same headlight. Maybe the tech is a bitter person who doesn't like his job, maybe hes under pressure to make things happen. whatever the case is, I wont return. this had me driving around for a week with no sticker. its a shame, its so close by. and like I said I have has some good experiences. they stay busy. but they are also costly. I like my mechanic now; independent business owner/operator who I trust. same person every time and nobody to answer to. I take it in and it wont pass, he isnt going to take the sticker off and put me in a bad spot. Bigger garages, its mostly always bad experience. bigger place, and yet still cant get in. so I say if you cant trust them, cant get in, and they cost more, why the hell go there?

    I recently found myself in a bit of a pickle. My older car started having some issues and was in…read moreneed of quite a bit of maintenance. It wasn't the most cost effective to continue to keep fixing a car this old so I decided it was time for a new one. With the current state of the pandemic and supply chain issues getting a new car or an affordable used car isn't as easy as it has been in the past. I called several dealers and the only option was to order a new car and have it built. I wasn't sure if my present car could make it 2-3+ more months for a custom car to arrive so i was hoping for another option. My aunt suggested I call Kara at Della Subaru in Plattsburgh, I am glad I did! I was able to get in touch with her quickly. Kara was extremely helpful, responsive and understanding of my situation. This dealership was getting quite a few cars in within the next few weeks. She was very patient and thorough in explaining the options of what was coming, helped to answer all my questions and assisted me secure my choice with a down payment. Kara offered all the options, bells and whistles that were available but didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. It was very easy to work with her over the phone, email and text since I am about 5 hours from her dealership. She kept me up to date on what was happening throughout the process. Picking up the car was a breeze. I was able to test drive it before I finalized the purchase. I was told before I came down that if for some reason I wasn't happy I could get a refund on my deposit and I wasn't tied to this car in any way. This gave me a great piece of mind. I worked with Jenn to do all the financials. She was also patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership, and working with Kara and Jenn. If you need a car and are willing to take a drive call and check their inventory.
