I called Olivia ,at my insurance that day and wanted the car towed from Gallahers yard to my house until it got into a body shop. I have a 2023 Toyota Crown, wasn't sure how long it would take as all the body shops are booking out months . Bob, at Gallagher's, at first told Olivia he did not want another tow company at his yard. It just seemed to get worse from there. Olivia would call us back every time she spoke with Bob. Our insurance was told "the car is damaged, it isn't drivable, it has to be driven to the body shop", Bob, then hung up on her, when she asked for an invoice to pay him. My husband then did a three-way call with Olivia and Bob where he then said" he couldn't release the car because if it was brought back to our house we may drive it and he don't want to be liable".... My husband had to threaten to get the police involved then Bob agreed to let somebody pick up the car. He then told Olivia he wanted cash to pick up the car. At one point apparently told Olivia if the car wasn't picked up by the end of the week that their shop was going to be closed for a month. It took us 2 days of being on the phone continuously with our insurance ,, and their roadside assistance Agero( which sucked ) and Bob to get the car back. The best part was the only damage to the car was a little damage to the bumper! Gallagher's took a hard situation and made it worse, they seemed shady from the start and seemed to want to just keep the car to collect the storage fees I think. This place was a nightmare to work with. My advice if you need a tow is to call another company because you'll be fighting to get your car back. My husband is a retired veteran and he deserved better treatment than this.

Then I called AAA and the same moron showed up even tho we told AAA it had to be a big enough truck to get it out of the garage. He wouldn't even let me borrow a chain for 2 seconds as we had a truck pulling it out to the driveway and refused to stay knowing I only had an hour to get it to the shop. So I called Dubrays and the guy showed up in the same type of truck that the first moron from Gallaghers said the truck would get stuck in the driveway. And thank God for the Real tow truck driver from Dubrays who got the truck out and loaded in 15 mins. SO I ADVISE NO ONE TO EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, SAFETY OR VEHICLE!

At this point, the whole situation feels shady and like they are intentionally making something simple more difficult than it needs to be. I just want to know if my vehicle is there, how much I owe, and what I need to do to get it back. These are basic questions, and I should not have to keep chasing a towing company just to recover my own vehicle. What concerns me even more is that storage fees may continue to add up while I am actively trying to get the vehicle back. I do not believe I should be charged additional storage fees for days that resulted from this company failing to respond or give me the information needed to retrieve the vehicle. At the very least, any additional charges from the date I first contacted them about recovering the vehicle should be addressed. The way this has been handled has made me seriously question whether this company is operating fairly and whether there may be unethical business practices going on. I have been documenting my attempts to contact them, and if this continues, I may have no choice but to get an attorney involved. I want this company to make this right. Respond, provide the information needed, and allow me to recover my vehicle without piling on additional fees because of delays on their end.

They either need to get…read morebetter trained staff or get their equipment calibrated: Brought my new vehicle there with less than 10k miles to get the original tires swapped out with some brand new snow tires. After about 5 minutes of driving I could tell something wasn't right with the balance of them. When I came in for a follow up appt. to have them check the balance, the lady told me that they would re-balance them but they doubt that would fix any problems and tried to get me to schedule yet another visit so that a mechanic could diagnose what else was wrong with the vehicle for 2-3 hrs. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle... When they re-balanced the tires I asked what they found and they responded that they didn't even check the existing balance. They just blindly stripped all the weights and balanced them again. This time the vehicle drove even worse than the first time. When I brought the vehicle to another shop and explained the issue they threw the existing wheels w/ weights on their balancer and laughed. The guys at Warren tire didn't even get it close. Once the balance was corrected by the second shop the vehicle drove great. The other funny part of my experience was when I dropped the vehicle off for the follow-up visit, they told me that it would be atleast a few hours until they could get to it. This didn't bother me at all except for the fact that 4 of their techs were standing around behind the service desk chatting with each other and not getting any work done for the entire 20 minutes I was there dropping the vehicle off. I was appreciative that Warren Tire was able to get me in for my tire change quicker than any other shop around was, but if I knew it wasn't going to be done right the first time and would require 2 more shop visits I would have just waited a few more weeks.

Maybe the tech is a bitter person who doesn't like his job, maybe hes under pressure to make things happen. whatever the case is, I wont return. this had me driving around for a week with no sticker. its a shame, its so close by. and like I said I have has some good experiences. they stay busy. but they are also costly. I like my mechanic now; independent business owner/operator who I trust. same person every time and nobody to answer to. I take it in and it wont pass, he isnt going to take the sticker off and put me in a bad spot. Bigger garages, its mostly always bad experience. bigger place, and yet still cant get in. so I say if you cant trust them, cant get in, and they cost more, why the hell go there?

When I went to pick up my car guess what? it was Dubrey's the ones that towed my car to their shop and they charged me $465.00 because they claim they had to use a flatbed instead of a regular tow truck.
