So I checked them out on Yelp and saw that they were very well reviewed. So having the need to change the locks, I called Duty. 1st the 2 gentleman were friendly. They did not complain about my dog who is very friendly. Infact once she got her greeting sniffs done, she returned to her bed and observed the project. 2nd, the locks and keys were changed in a professional manner. The foreman even did a slight modification on the door sill so that the dead bolt worked easier. Thank you very much. All 4 keys that were made work smoothly. At NEFF'S key and lock I found Brad Eshelman, a crazy good locksmith. I got a Free used Audi A4 key fob and Brad did his thing, and had my key cut and programmed for $85.00.
