His excuse is he has thousands of parts on his truck. He just assumed he would have the part and didn't check before my appointment to make sure. Remember I sent part info a week prior. I had already waited two weeks to get the appointment to begin with, then he shows up without the needed part. Just laziness on his part. He had a week to make sure he had it. He didn't even apologize!
