I contacted the company to explain my concerns, and they were very responsive and professional. I…read morewas informed that they do not clean the baseboards because doing so requires a specialized upholstery tool, and that this service would be an additional $1 per linear foot. I decided to take care of the baseboards myself using carpet cleaner, which I did. The company also asked if they could return to address the areas of concern. They immediately scheduled a return appointment, and Tom came back out and went over the two rooms again. As before, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Tom did an excellent job re-cleaning the carpets, especially the extremely stubborn ink stain, which he was able to improve significantly. The rest of the carpet looked great as well. I would definitely recommend this company. I gave four stars rather than five only because of the baseboard issue. Overall, they are good people who stand behind their work and genuinely care about making things right for their customers.

Russ stated they had some equipment damage the day prior to my original appointment and he felt that was what caused the problem with the dirty water not being sucked out. As before, they arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. They re-cleaned everything and added a deodorizer this time and it did dry in just a little over a day. Although the carpet is now clean, it still has a slight odor to it that I hope will fade in time. I believe Russ did everything he could to try and make the situation better and I appreciate his efforts.

I was very disappointed with the Muncie office/technicians/service. When I placed the order the man…read moreon the phone was nice. I explained to him what had happened (small flood) and he was able to get me in within 2 days. He explained the process and found a good price for me. 2 technicians arrived for 3 rooms and 1 hall. One technician complained that his back hurt the whole time they were here (he had living room and dining room) and I aided the other technician with the den while also trying to keep my ill mother in her room for the time. 2 days after the cleaning a very foul swampy smell began coming from the carpet. I was able to locate it was coming from under furniture that had not been moved since the room flooded. It was explained to me that the technicians would move all furniture but apparently the only furniture that was moved was what I moved while the technicians were here. I was ok with the technician telling me he would clean a large area rug instead of removing it. What I originally thought was wet, was in fact dirty streaks. I contacted the office, this time speaking with a lady and asked if she would like to see pictures of all the places they had not cleaned. She was very rude and told me to just spray the carpet with Lysol. She begrudgingly agreed to send another team over to do only the spots that they had missed but insisted it could not be for over a week. The odor kept getting worse and I ended up renting a Rug Doctor. I should have done this in the first place and saved myself a lot of hassles and gotten the job done right the first time. I won't be calling them again. Very disappointed.
