We bought a new home (the previous owner had multiple dogs and cats) and we needed carpets cleaned quickly so we could move ASAP to sell our other home. Mark made a special early morning appointment just to fit us into his very busy cleaning schedule!!!! He was very knowledgeable and truthful. He knows his stuff and actually cleans the carpet. Many places Steam only but he went through multiple processes to make the carpets in our rooms look and smell fantastic!!! They were like new! I felt 100% comfortable with my baby crawling around on them. The carpets were soft and fresh with no build up feel! He is thorough! We used other cleaners in the past and were disappointed. However, the cleaning service was awful! They advised us that the carpet would be dry by the next morning. It actually took 4 days for the carpet to dry out (and I hope I don't have mold underneath). On the second day you could actually feel the water seeping up between your toes if you walked on it bare foot. It's like they sprayed water in but didn't bother to suck any back out. Then the two sofas were not even completely cleaned. The headrests and footrests were not even touched (sofas have recliners on each end). Then they applied the fabric protection spray (add on that we opted for) and it made the fabric hard and very scratchy. Then, as if all that was not enough, the carpet and sofas now have a very nasty smell to it and it is VERY strong. You smell it as soon as you walk into the room. I am wondering if they actually used dirty water on our stuff. Now, I have to rent a carpet cleaner and try to get the smell out. Our carpet did not have that smell before they 'cleaned' it, and I absolutely will not use a 'professional' carpet cleaning service again. Worst experience ever! And, we paid for it!

I explained to him what had happened (small flood) and he was able to get me in within 2 days. He explained the process and found a good price for me. 2 technicians arrived for 3 rooms and 1 hall. One technician complained that his back hurt the whole time they were here (he had living room and dining room) and I aided the other technician with the den while also trying to keep my ill mother in her room for the time. 2 days after the cleaning a very foul swampy smell began coming from the carpet. I was able to locate it was coming from under furniture that had not been moved since the room flooded. It was explained to me that the technicians would move all furniture but apparently the only furniture that was moved was what I moved while the technicians were here. I was ok with the technician telling me he would clean a large area rug instead of removing it. What I originally thought was wet, was in fact dirty streaks. I contacted the office, this time speaking with a lady and asked if she would like to see pictures of all the places they had not cleaned. She was very rude and told me to just spray the carpet with Lysol. She begrudgingly agreed to send another team over to do only the spots that they had missed but insisted it could not be for over a week. The odor kept getting worse and I ended up renting a Rug Doctor. I should have done this in the first place and saved myself a lot of hassles and gotten the job done right the first time. I won't be calling them again. Very disappointed.
