Im a disabled cancer survivor army veteran yesterday i was out running one of my rc cars rustler 4x4 400.00 out the door anyway one of the employees grabbed it up immediately unplugged the battery the receiver was in my hand in the on position but i couldn't find or hear it i seen one of the employees next door to me go around the corner and left so i knocked on the back door and the secretary came out i told her i think one of the employees took my rc well she called him right then and there while i was standing there she asked him if he saw a rc car he said around in the parking lot beside some random suv with the battery unplugged but my remote was still on in my hand he was gonna come back and get it and after the secretary helped me find it they then denied it happened pretty shady company and definitely shady idiot employees read more

These guys lease an ice maker to my restaurant and maintain all my refrigeration units. I wouldn't even consider calling anyone but Turner for anything refrigeration related. Their service techs are not only very knowledgable about the work they do, but they are genuinely nice people who will go above and beyond the call of duty to please their customers. Jerry Hawk and the guys at Turner provided our equipment for Diggidy's Frozen Treat Factory in Anderson Indiana in Feb 2013. I looked at a few options when deciding where to buy our equipment when opening the new business and decided on them. I looked at the internet and of course people always look at price first and think we can save a little going the "do it yourself" route. I am so glad I didn't. There are always issues that come up like drain lines for the ice machine, or having the right power specs for the architects and electricians, cabinet venting, and so much more I would never have thought about that made their expertise invaluable. Having service and questions answered along the way is definitely worth while too, but having awesome service and people that really go out of their way to help you and take great care of you is an entirely different level of service. You get what you pay for. Also we wanted to shop local. Everything arrived and was installed according to schedule and they worked with our general contractor so everything went like clockwork. We later had a very minor issue with an ice machine and they were there within a matter of hours and it was resolved. These guys have integrity and treat people right. read more
