Our dryer is being a pain at the moment, and so we've had different people out to look at it, repair it, clean the lint from it, etc. Our dryer wants all the pampering all the time right now. Anyway, the trustworthy dryer repair people recommended that we call Safe-N-Clean and have our dryer vents cleaned, to avoid another lint fire. Because the lint in our dryer vent briefly caught on fire, people! Apparently, this is a thing that really happens! But I guess that's why businesses like this exist, right? So we had Safe-N-Clean come out and take the lint out of our vents. They got all the lint out, and for a decent price, too. They also didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, or recommend that they visit more often than they should. They just did a great job, they were really quick, and really friendly. And most important: Our dryer is working again and our dryer vents are clear, so hopefully I can dry my clothes without worry again. They are based in Selma, Indiana, but they came out to our house in Carmel. They don't charge a fee to travel.

I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers. I would highly recommend that you give this company an opportunity. You won't be disappointed.

After moving, I had them install the softener at my parents home. Fast forward to last month and I get a collections letter from a debt collector. My step father passed away a year ago and stopped paying the bill. Admittedly, I should have ensured the bill was no longer in my name, however he was paying the bill for 16 years and was never late and never missed a payment. I tried to see if Aqua Systems would show any empathy considering he passed away but they did not. They insist I still owe them over $1,000! Mind you, this water softener was paid for, 4 times over in the 16 years it was rented. On top of that, with over 30 grains of hardness in the water, this water softener was not even working anymore! I am appalled that Aqua Systems chooses to do business this way. I encourage whoever is reading this to strongly consider doing business elsewhere. Aqua Systems flat out does not care.
