What the hell!!? They said dont worry, we can transfer your service to the new home at no additional cost. $3k later with non-stopping last minute fees, I have a downgraded service and devices from Alarm.com, and got yelled by the technician Scott in my own home for complaining the keypad was crooked. The technician also lost my second keypad in his second visit, and blamed us, so I had to pay $200 for it again. I am trying to call customer service to resolve the issue for months now, and no response, and I am stuck to a ridiculous 5 year contract. I am very fed up with this company after being a customer for more than 5 years. Absolutely unacceptable!
